Summary:Abstrak Kemampuan komunikasi matematis dan kemandirian belajar merupakan dua hal penting dalam pembelajaran matematika. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pencapaian dan peningkatan kemampuan komunikasi matematis dan kemandirian belajar siswa yang memperoleh pembelajaran BL (edmodo dan tanpa edmodo) ditinjau secara keseluruhan dan KAM. Metode yang digunakan adalah kuasi eksperimen. Subjek penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas X dengan jumlah 32 siswa kelas MIPA 7 dan sebanyak 32 siswa kelas MIPA 8. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa 1) Tahapan pembelajaran blended learning berbasis edmodo yaitu seeking of information, acquisition of information, synthesizing of knowledge; 2) a. Secara keseluruhan, peningkatan dan pencapaian kemampuan komunikasi matematis siswa yang memperoleh BL berbasis edmodo lebih tinggi daripada siswa yang memperoleh BL tanpa berbasis edmodo; b. Kategori KAM tinggi dan KAM rendah, peningkatan dan pencapaian kemampuan komunikasi matematis siswa yang memperoleh BL berbasis edmodo tidak lebih tinggi daripada siswa yang memperoleh BL tanpa berbasis edmodo; kategori KAM sedang, peningkatan kemampuan kemampuan komunikasi matematis yang memperoleh BL berbasis edmodo tidak lebih tinggi daripada siswa yang memperoleh BL tanpa berbasis edmodo, sedangkan pencapaian kemampuan komunikasi matematis yang memperoleh BL berbasis edmodo lebih tinggi daripada siswa yang memperoleh BL tanpa berbasis edmodo; 3) a. Secara keseluruhan, peningkatan dan pencapaian kemandirian belajar siswa yang memperoleh BL berbasis edmodo lebih tinggi daripada siswa yang memperoleh BL tanpa berbasis edmodo; b. Kategori KAM tinggi, peningkatan dan pencapaian kemandirian belajar siswa yang memperoleh BL berbasis edmodo lebih tinggi daripada siswa yang memperoleh BL tanpa berbasis edmodo; kategori KAM sedang dan KAM rendah, peningkatan kemandirian belajar yang memperoleh BL berbasis edmodo tidak lebih tinggi daripada siswa yang memperoleh BL tanpa berbasis edmodo, sedangkan pencapaian kemandirian belajar siswa yang memperoleh BL berbasis edmodo lebih tinggi daripada siswa yang memperoleh BL tanpa berbasis edmodo; 4) Efektivitas BL untuk kemampuan komunikasi matematis siswa setelah dilakukan perhitungan effect size termasuk kedalam kategori sedang. Abstract Mathematical communication ability and self regulated learning are two important things in learning mathematics. This study aims to analyze the achievement and enhancement of the ability of mathematical communication and self-regulated learning of students who receive BL based on edmodo and BL in terms of the whole and mathematical initial abilities. The method used is a quasi-experimental. The subjects in this study were students of tenth grade with a total of 32 students of MIPA 7 and as many as 32 students of MIPA 8. The results showed that 1) The stages of blended learning based on edmodo are seeking of information, acquisition of information, synthesizing of knowledge; 2) a. overall, the enhancement and achievement of students' mathematical communication abilities who received BL based on edmodo was higher than students who received blended learning; b. in terms of high KAM and low KAM the enhancement and achievement of students' mathematical communication abilities who received BL based on edmodo was not higher than students who received blended learning; in terms of medium KAM the enhancement of students' mathematical communication abilities who received BL based on edmodo was not higher than students who received BL, while achievement of students' mathematical communication abilities who received BL based on edmodo was higher than students who received BL ; 3) a. overall, the enhancement and achievement of students' self-regulated learning who received BL based on edmodo was higher than students who received blended learning; b. in terms of high KAM the enhancement and achievement of students' self-regulated learning who received BL based on edmodo was higher than students who received blended learning; in terms of medium KAM and low KAM the enhancement of students' self-regulated learning who received BL based on edmodo was not higher than students who received blended learning while achievement of students' self regulated learning who received BL based on edmodo was higher than students who received BL; 4) The effectiveness of BL based edmodo for students' mathematical communication abilities is classified into medium categories.
