Departemen Psikologi Fakultas Ilmu Pendidikan Universitas Pendidikan Indonesia, Bandung (2022). Tujuan penelitian yang dilakukan adalah untuk melakukan uji validitas dan reliabilitas alat ukur school happiness scale yang diadaptasi dari Sezer & Can (2018) di Indonesia. Alat ukur school happiness scale ini terdiri dari 26 aitem dengan lima dimensi yaitu physical equipment, learning environment, collaboration, activities, dan school management. Subjek untuk penelitian ini adalah siswa SMA dan atau sederajat di Indonesia dengan total partisipan 521. Hasil pada pengujian conformatory factor analysis menunjukan nilai indeks kecocokan yaitu Goodness of Fit Index (GFI) sebesar 0.862, Root Mean Square Error of Approximation (RMSEA) sebesar 0.069, Comparative Fit Index (CFI) sebesar 0.881 dan terakhir Standarized Root Mean Residual (SRMR) sebesar 0.051. Untuk hasil uji validitas konvergen menunjukan bahwa alat ukur school happiness scale yang diadaptasi di Indonesia valid. Reliabilitas dengan koefisien cronbach alpha sebesar 0.932 yang menunjukan bahwa alat ukur ini reliabel. Kata kunci: Validitas, Reliabilitas, Happiness, School Happiness ABSTRACT The purpose of the research conducted was to test the validity and reliability of the school happiness scale measuring instrument adapted from Sezer & Can (2018) in Indonesia. This school happiness scale measuring a tool consists of 26 items with five dimensions is a physical equipment, learning environment, collaboration, activities, and school management. The subjects for this study were high school students in Indonesia with a total of 521 participants. The results of a confirmatory factor analysis tests showed with fit index are Goodness of Fit Index (GFI) of 0.862, Root Mean Square Error of Approximation (RMSEA) of 0.069, Comparative Fit Index (CFI) of 0.881 and finally Standardized Root Mean Residual (SRMR) of 0.051. For the results of convergent validity tests showed that the school happiness scale measuring instrument adapted in Indonesia is valid. Also, for reliability with the coefficient cronbach's alpha is 0.932 which indicates that this measuring instrument is reliable. Keywords: Validity, Reliability, Happiness, School Happiness
