Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menguji pengaruh psychological capital terhadap kematangan karier pada siswa SMA. Penelitian ini menerapkan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan desain korelasional. Sampel penelitian sebanyak 398 responden. Penarikan sampel dilakukan dengan teknik Insidental/Accidental Sampling. Instrumen yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu PsyCap Questionnaire (PCQ) dari Luthans, Youssef, & Avolio dan Career Maturity Inventory (CMI) dari Mark L. Savickas & Erik J. Porfeli yang diterjemahkan kedalam bahasa Indonesia oleh peneliti. Item pernyataan berbentuk skala likert. Data dalam penelitian ini dianalisis dengan teknik statistik analisis regresi sederhana, pengolahan data dilakukan dengan bantuan program SPSS for Windows Versi 24. Hasil penelitian ini membuktikan adanya pengaruh positif dari psychological capital terhadap kematangan karier. Kata Kunci: Kematangan Karier, Psychological Capital. ABSTRACT N. Bandung. (2021). The objective of this research is to examine the psychological capital of career maturity in high school students. The method applied a quantitative approach with correlational design. A total of 398 respondents were taken as the data of this study. The sampling was carried out by using the Incidental Sampling technique. The PsyCap Questionnaire (PCQ) by Luthans, Youssef, & Avolio and Career Maturity Inventory (CMI) by Mark L. Savickas & Erik J. Porf which were translated into Indonesian were used as research instruments. Likert scale questionnaire in the form of statement was the survey tool. Further, the data in this study were analyzed by statistical simple regression analysis techniques, data processing was carried out with the help of the SPSS for Windows Version 24 program. The result of this study showed that there was a positive influence of psychological capital on career maturity. Keywords: Career Maturity, Psychological Capital.
