Summary:Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kualitatif. Data yang digunakan merupakan data jumlah kebutuhan dan pembelian bahan baku pada periode bulan September hingga bulan Desember 2020, data frekuensi pemesanan, biaya pemesanan, dan biaya penyimpanan dari manajemen Larut Malam Kopi Bandung. Teknik analisis yang digunakan didalam penelitian ini merupakan metode Economic Order Quantity (EOQ) dan uji efisiensi biaya persediaan total. Berdasarkan dari hasil penelitian dengan menggunakan metode Economic Order Quantity (EOQ) memberikan hasil efisiensi biaya persediaan total bahan baku sebesar 64,86% untuk bahan baku groceries dan 86,23% untuk bahan baku perishable. Jika semua pencatatan yang terkait dengan penggunaan metode EOQ tersedia dengan lengkap maka metode EOQ dapat diterapkan secara lancar. Dengan begitu aplikasi metode EOQ dapat diterapkan di Larut Malam Kopi Bandung. Supervised by Caria Ningsih, M.Si., Ph.D and Purna Hindayani, S.PL.,M.T. This research is aimed to find the comparison of conventional method and Economic Order Quality (EOQ) on related to the company efficiency cost in Café Larut Malam Kopi Bandung. The data used is data on the number of needs and purchases of raw materials in the period from September until December 2020, data on the frequency of order, ordering cost, and storage cost from the management of Larut Malam Kopi Bandung. The Economic Order Quantity (EOQ) and the efficiency cost of total stockpile were used also as the tools of the analysis. Based on the results of research using the Economic Order Quantity (EOQ) method has given a significant result on the efficiency cost of the total raw material stockpile in 86,23% for groceries and 64,86 % for perishable. In sum, if the Economic Order Quantity (EOQ) is fully thoroughgoing record, the Economic Order Quantity (EOQ) could be applied in a correct way. The Economic Order Quantity (EOQ) is effectively applied in order to increase the efficiency cost in Café Larut Malam Kopi Bandung.
