Dalam pelaksanaan work from home banyak sekali yang belum memiliki sistem yang mendukung. Dengan menerapkan User Experience (UX) dalam pengembangan sistem monitoring dan pelaporan pekerjaan diharapkan sistem ini dapat membantu dan mendukung pelaksanaan work from home. Agar sistem dapat sesuai dengan pengguna, peneliti menggunakan metode design thinking dalam pengembangan sistem yang melibatkan pengguna. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk meningkatkan nilai user experience dalam penggunaan website sistem monitoring dan pelaporan pekerjaan. Awal penelitian ini, peneliti melakukan user interview untuk dapat mengetahui apa yang dialami dan dibutuhkan oleh pengguna. Untuk penilaian user experience peneliti menggunakan User Experience Questionnaire (UEQ) dan melakukan 2 kali penilaian untuk mendapatkan nilai awal dan nilai akhir. Hasil User Experience Questionnaire (UEQ) menunjukkan adanya peningkatan nilai dari UEQ tahap 1 dibandingkan dengan UEQ tahap 2. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan nilai akhir UEQ untuk sistem monitoring dan pelaporan pekerjaan pada skala attractiveness dari 0.68 menjadi 2.06, perspicuity dari 0.61 menjadi 2.06, efficiency dari 0.98 menjadi 1.76, dependability dari 0.50 menjadi 1.76, stimulation dari 1.05 menjadi 1.83, dan novelty dari 0.86 menjadi 1.43. In March 2020, the first (and second) cases tested positive for the new coronavirus, or COVID-19, in Indonesia. Since then, many companies have implemented work from home as an effort to prevent the spread of the COVID-19 virus. In the implementation of work from home, there are many who do not have a supporting system. By implementing User Experience (UX) in the development of a work monitoring and reporting system, it is hoped that this system can assist and support the implementation of work from home. In order for the system to suit the user, the researcher uses the design thinking method in developing a system that involves users.. The purpose of this study is to increase the value of user experience in the use of website monitoring and job reporting systems. At the beginning of this study, researchers conducted user interviews to find out what users experienced and needed. To assess user experience, the researcher uses the User Experience Questionnaire (UEQ) and conducts 2 assessments to get the initial and final scores. The results of the User Experience Questionnaire (UEQ) show an increase in the value of the UEQ stage 1 compared to the UEQ stage. The results showed the final UEQ score for the job monitoring and reporting system on the attractiveness scale from 0.68 to 2.06, accuracy from 0.61 to 2.06, efficiency from 0.98 to 1.76, dependence from 0.50 to 1.76, stimulation from 1.05 to 1.83, and novelty from 0.86 to 1.43. |
