Permasalahan yang menjadi kajian dalam penelitian ini adalah belum optimalnya hasil belajar siswa pada Mata Pelajaran Kearsipan sebagai mata pelajaran produktif yang diduga disebabkan oleh kecerdasan emosional dan efikasi diri siswa. Laporan penelitian ini menyajikan hasil analisis pengaruh kecerdasan emosional dan efikasi diri siswa siswa terhadap hasil belajar siswa. Dengan menggunakan metode exsplanatory survey, dua buah angket yang ditujukan untuk mengetahui tingkat kecerdasan emosional dan efikasi diri siswa dan data nilai akhir hasil belajar siswa pada mata pelajaran kearsipan menjadi sumber data pada penelitian ini. Angket diberikan kepada populasi penelitian sebanyak 122 siswa kelas X di SMK Pasundan 1 Bandung. Data yang terkumpul dianalisis menggunakan analisis deskriptif dan inferensial. Hasil analisis deskriptif menunjukkan kecerdasan emosional dan efikasi diri siswa berada pada kategori tinggi dan hasil belajar siswa berada pada sedang. Dari hasil penelitian yang telah dilakukan menunjukkan bahwa kecerdasan emosional berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap hasil belajar siswa. Kemudian efikasi diri berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap hasil belajar siswa. Dengan demikian dapat disimpulkan bahwa kecerdasan emosional dan efikasi diri memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap hasil belajar siswa kelas X OTKP SMK Pasundan 1 Bandung. Kata Kunci: Kecerdasan Emosional, Efikasi Diri, Hasil Belajar Siswa The problem that is studied in this research is that the students' learning outcomes in Archives Subjects are not optimal as productive subjects, which are thought to be caused by emotional intelligence and student self-efficacy. This research report presents the results of the analysis of the effect of emotional intelligence and student self-efficacy on student learning outcomes. By using the exsplanatory survey method, two questionnaires aimed to determine the level of emotional intelligence and self-efficacy of students and the final score data on student learning outcomes in archival subjects became the data source in this study. Questionnaires were given to the research population as many as 122 students of class X at Vocational High School Pasundan 1 Bandung. The collected data were analyzed using descriptive and inferential analysis. The results of the descriptive analysis showed that students' emotional intelligence and self-efficacy were in the high category and student learning outcomes were in the medium category. From the results of research that has been done, it shows that emotional intelligence has a significant and significant effect on student learning outcomes. Then self-efficacy and significant effect on student learning outcomes. Thus it can be concluded that emotional intelligence and self-efficacy have an influence on student learning outcomes of class X OTKP Vocational High School Pasundan 1 Bandung.
