Summary:Kedudukan matapelajaran pendidikan jasmani dan olahraga kesehatan (PJOK) di sekolah perlu memberikan dampak pada pendidikan siswa, dan mendapatkan dukungan dari seluruh sivitas akademika sekolah. Sekelompok guru non pendidikan jasmani dari dua sekolah (34 orang guru MAN Banjar dan 39 orang guru SMKN 1 Banjar), telah disurvey dalam suatu penelitian deskriptif terkait pandangan, pendapat, dan penilaian terhadap proses belajar mengajar olahraga di sekolahnya. Hasil analisis data berdasarkan analisis proporsional skala positif dan negatif ditermukan perlu adanya penerangan atau penjelasan lebih mengenai tujuan pendidikan jasmani (pe goal) yang related kepada kebutuhan siswa (student needs), lingkungan belajar siswa (environment), isi proses pembelajaran dan pendidikan jasmani (content), lalu bagi guru pendidikan jasmani perlu ditingkatkannya kemampuan pedagogik serta profesional dalam pembelajaran pendidikan jasmani, selain itu perlu ditingkatkannya pemberian aspek penilaian kepada peserta didik secara menyeluruh bukan hanya menilai cukup dengan aspek psikomotor saja tapi secara keseluruhan (kemampuan kognisi, kemampuan afeksi, kemampuan psikomotor). Selain itu pula ditemukan bahwa berdasarkan hasil t-test, persepsi kedua sekolah tidak memiliki perbedaan, namun keduanya masih memiliki persepsi negatif. Penelitian ini menunjukkan pendidikan jasmani di kedua sekolah harus perlu lebih ditingkatkan kualitasnya. Keyword : Persepsi Guru, pandangan, penyerapan, dan penilaian. The position of physical education and health sports (PJOK) subjects in schools needs to have an impact on student education, and get support from the entire school academic community. A group of non-physical education teachers from two schools (34 teachers from MAN Banjar and 39 teachers at SMKN 1 Banjar), were surveyed in a descriptive study related to their views, opinions, and assessments of the teaching and learning process of sports in their schools. The results of data analysis based on a proportional analysis of positive and negative scales found the need for more information or explanation regarding the objectives of physical education (pe goals) related to student needs (student needs), student learning environment (environment), the content of the learning process and physical education (content). ), then for physical education teachers it is necessary to improve pedagogic and professional abilities in physical education learning, besides that it is necessary to improve the provision of assessment aspects to students as a whole, not only assessing enough psychomotor aspects but overall (cognitive abilities, affective abilities, psychomotor abilities). ). In addition, it was also found that based on the results of the t-test, the perceptions of the two schools were not different, but both of them still had negative perceptions.
