Produktivitas alat berat seringkali belum diperhitungkan pada awal perencanaan suatu proyek konstruksi,. Hal ini sering terabaikan dikarenakan mempertimbangkan ketersediaan sumber daya dan adanya pengurangan atau penambahan sumber daya ataupun volume pekerjaan. Oleh karena itu, perlu dilakukan analisis dan perhitungan produktivitas agar penggunaan alat berat dapat lebih efektif dan efisien. Pada penelitian kali ini, alat berat yang akan dianalisis adalah alat berat drilling machine pada pekerjaan pengeboran pondasi bore pile. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan dengan melakukan observasi di lapangan dengan tujuan untuk mengetahui berapa besar durasi dan biaya yang diperlukan untuk ketercapaian produktivitas alat berat drilling machine dan mengetahui berapa besar produktivitas alat berat drilling machine pada pelaksanaan pengeboran pondasi bore pile di Proyek Peningkatan/ Revitalisasi Terminal Penumpang Tipe A Leuwi Panjang Kota Bandung. Jumlah titik yang dilakukan pengeboran berjumlah 255 titik dengan diameter 60 cm dan kedalaman 60 meter. Pengeboran dilakukan menggunakan alat berat drilling machine sebanyak 2 buah. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, produktivitas alat berat drilling machine yang dicapai adalah sebesar 6,23 m/jam. Adapun besar durasi yang dibutuhkan untuk pekerjaan pengeboran pondasi bore pile adalah 241,93 jam atau selama 21 hari kalender (3 minggu). Besar biaya yang dibutuhkan adalah Rp. 378.721.130,20 (tiga ratus tujuh puluh delapan juta tujuh ratus dua puluh satu ribu seratus tiga puluh koma dua puluh). Dari penelitian tersebut, terdapat perbedaan durasi aktual dengan rencana yaitu sebesar 14 hari kalender (2 minggu) atau sebesar 66,67%. Sedangkan perbedaan biaya operasional aktual dengan yang direncanakan memiliki selisih sebesar Rp.118.528.869,58 atau 31,29%. Productivity of heavy equipment is often not taken into account at the beginning of planning a construction project. This is often overlooked due to considering the availability of resources and the reduction or addition of resources or the volume of work. Therefore, it is necessary to analyze and calculate productivity so that the use of heavy equipment can be more effective and efficient. In this study, the heavy equipment that will be analyzed is the heavy equipment drilling machine on bore pile foundation drilling work. This research was carried out by making observations in the field with the aim of knowing how much duration and cost required to achieve the productivity of heavy equipment drilling machines and knowing how much productivity of heavy equipment drilling machines in carrying out bore pile foundation drilling in the Improvement/ Revitalization Project Terminal Type A Passenger Leuwi Panjang Bandung City. The number of points carried out by drilling is 255 points with a diameter of 60 cm and a depth of 60 meters. Drilling was carried out using 2 heavy drilling machines. Based on the results of the research, the productivity of the heavy equipment drilling machine achieved is 6.23 m/hour. The duration needed for bore pile foundation drilling work is 241.93 hours or 21 calender days (3 weeks). The cost required is Rp. 378,721,130,20 (three hundred seventy eight million seven hundred twenty one thousand one hundred thirty point twenty). From this research, there is a difference between the actual and planned duration, which is 14 calendar days (2 weeks) or 66.67%. While the difference between the actual operating costs and the planned has a difference of Rp.118,528,869.58 or 31.29%.
