Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis kontribusi tingkat agresivitas terhadap performa atlet hockey outdoor. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah deskriptif. Penelitian dilaksanakan pada Atlet olahraga Hockey outdoor di Kota Sukabumi. Data dikumpulkan dengan menggunakan angket agresivitas dan yang diolah berdasarkan skala Likert dengan bantuan program Microsoft Excel. Dilakukan uji korelasi Pearson dengan bantuan program SPSS Versi 25 untuk menganalisis hubungan atau korelasi antara tingkat agresivitasnya terhadap performa atlet tersebut kemudian dicari besarnya kontribusi antar variable tersebut. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan secara umum tingkat hostile aggression pada atlet dalam kategori tinggi sementara untuk tingkat instrumental aggression tergolong dalam kategori tinggi. Performa atlet dilihat melalui GPAI (Games Performance Assesment Instrument). Tingkat agresivitas dan performa atlet memiliki korelasi dengan arah positif. Tingkat agresivitas yang dimiliki oleh seorang atlet memberikan kontribusi sebesar 64% terhadap performa atlet tersebut. Dapat disimpulkan bahwa tingkat agresivitas dengan performa atlet hockey outdoor saling berhubungan dan memberikan kontribusi. The purpose of this research is to analyze the contribution of level of aggressiveness towards the performance of hockey outdoor's athletes. Descritptive method was utilized in this research. The participants of this research are hockey outdoor's athletes of Sukabumi City. The instrument used in this study comprised the quistionaire of level of aggressiveness. The performance of hockey outdoor's athelete were counting from observe based on GPAI (Games Performance Assesment Instrument). Data of questionare were analyzed based on Likert scale with helps of the Microsoft Excel's program. Correlation Pearson test with helps of SPSS Verse 25's program was performed to analyze the correlation between aggressivness and performance of athlete then test of regression linear was performed to show the percentage of the contribution by the variables. The result showed that in general the level of hostile aggression and instrumental aggression are in the high category. The level of aggressiveness and performance of athletes has a positive correlation. The level of aggressiveness possessed by an athlete contributes 64% to the athlete's performance. It can be concluded that the level of aggressiveness with the performance of outdoor hockey athletes is related and contributes.
