Summary:Penelitian dilakukan untuk mengetahui kinerja bisnis dan kesiapan pemisahan 20 unit Bank Umum Konvensional yang mengelola Unit Usaha Syariah di Indonesia. Penulis menggunakan variabel strategi dual banking, program value creation, pandemi covid-19, kinerja bisnis, teknologi informasi, peraturan pemerintah dan kesiapan spin off. Metode penelitian adalah sensus dengan unit analisis semua Bank Umum Konvensional yang membuka Unit Usaha Syariah yaitu sebanyak 20 buah. Data yang terkumpul diolah dengan menggunakan aplikasi program SmartPLS 3.0 (PLS-SEM). Hasil penelitian yaitu sebanyak 55% sampai 90% tidak siap dengan kewajiban spin off. Strategi dual banking dan program value creation memperoleh skor tertinggi yaitu 86% sedangkan kesiapan korporat spin off mendapatkan skor yang terendah yaitu 43%. Kontribusi teoritis yang bisa diberikan yaitu diajukannya model peningkatan kinerja bisnis berdasarkan teknologi informasi melalui strategi dual banking dan program value creation. Dari pengujian empiris diperoleh hasil bahwa strategi dual banking dan program value creation secara langsung mempengaruhi kinerja bisnis Unit Usaha Syariah namun tidak berpengaruh terhadap kesiapan korporat spin off. Research was conducted to investigate business performance and separation of 20 conventional commercial bank units that manage Islamic business units in Indonesia. We derive variables government regulations, covid-19 pandemic, information technology, dual banking strategy, value creation program, business performance, corporate readiness spin off. Research method is a census with unit analysis of all conventional banks that open Islamic banking units. Collected data is processed using software SmartPLS 3.0 (PLS-SEM). Results of the study that 55% to 90% are not ready to spin off obligations. Dual banking strategy and value creation program obtained the highest score 86% and corporate readiness spin off is a lowest scores are 43%. From empirical testing, it is found that dual banking strategy and value creation program directly affect to Islamic banking unit business performance but does not affect to spin off corporate readiness.
