PjBL atau project-based learning merupakan model pembelajaran yang berpusat pada peserta didik dengan memberikan kesempatan peserta didik untuk terlibat dalam proses kerja yang nyata dan menuntut peserta didik untuk memecahkan masalah sendiri. PjBL yang diterapkan di SMK bertujuan untuk membiasakan peserta didik terhadap iklim dan suasana kerja di industri, sekaligus meningkatkan kompetensi peserta didik. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif yang bertujuan untuk menganalisis pelaksanaan PjBL di kompetensi keahlian Teknik Elektronika Daya dan Komunikasi SMKN 1 Cimahi, menganalisis kendala pengelolaan faktor produksi dalam PjBL, serta mengetahui aktivitas peserta didik selama pelaksanaan PjBL. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah wawancara, dengan melibatkan 11 partisipan yang terdiri dari guru produktif, guru normatif-adaptif, dan peserta didik kelas 11. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa tahap pelaksanaan PjBL di kompetensi keahlian Teknik Elektronika Daya dan Komunikasi SMKN 1 Cimahi yang terdiri dari sosialisasi SOP dan pembagian SDM telah terlaksana dengan baik,walaupun masih terdapat kekurangan. Kendala pengelolaan faktor produksi yang terjadi selama pelaksanaan PjBL adalah kendala penyediaan alat dan bahan yang akan digunakan untuk PjBL. Aktivitas peserta didik selama pelaksanaan PjBL telah menunjukkan sikap tanggung jawab terhadap proses kerja dan telah menerapkan prinsip K3 (Keselamatan dan Kesehatan Kerja) sesuai lini produksi. PjBL or project-based learning is a student center learning model by provides opportunities for students to be involved in a real work process and require students to solve problems by themselves. The implementation of PjBL in SMK aims to familiarize students with the situations and working atmosphere in the industry, as well as improve students' competence. This study used a qualitative method and set out to analyze the implementation of PjBL in competence of Power Electronics and Communication at SMKN 1 Cimahi, analyze the production factor management constraint, and explore the activity of students during PjBL. The data collection technique used interviews, involving 11 participants consisting of productive teachers, normative-adaptive teacher, and 11th grade students. The research findings showed that the stage implementation of PjBL in the competence of Power Electronics and Communication at SMKN 1 Cimahi in terms of the SOP's socialization and human resources distribution aspects has been carried out well, despite there are still shortcomings. The constraints of production factor management that occur during the implementation of PjBL are constraints in the supply of tools and materials to be used for PjBL. The activity of students during implementation of PjBL has shown a responsible attitude towards the work process and applied OHS (Occupational Health Safety) principle in line with the production line.
