Praktik kerja industri merupakan salah satu upaya yang dilakukan oleh sekolah menengah kejuruan untuk menghasilkan lulusan yang memiliki keterampilan sesuai dengan bidang yang ditekuni. Melalui praktik kerja industri siswa dapat meningkatkan employability skills yang dapat meningkatkan kualitas diri dalam bekerja. Employability Skills merupakan kecakapan bekerja. Kecakapan ini merupakan keterampilan-keterampilan yang dituntut untuk diterapkan diberbagai variasi pekerjaan dan disiapkan untuk memasuki lingkungan kerja. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui gambaran praktik kerja industri siswa kelas XII DPIB SMK PU Negeri Bandung, mengetahui gambaran employability skills siswa kelas XII DPIB SMK PU Negeri Bandung, dan mengetahui bagaimana pengaruh praktik kerja industri terhadap employability skills siswa kelas XII DPIB SMK PU Negeri Bandung. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah penelitian asosiatif dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Populasi pada penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas XII DPIB yang berjumlah 69 orang siswa, dengan sampel penelitian sebanyak 49 orang siswa. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan angket (Kuesioner) baik untuk praktik kerja industri (variabel X) maupun employability skills (variabel Y). Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan gambaran umum tentang Praktik Kerja Industri siswa kelas XII DPIB memiliki kecenderungan "Cukup Tinggi" sebesar "32,65%", gambaran umum tentang Employability Skills siswa kelas XII DPIB memiliki kecenderungan "Cukup Tinggi" sebesar "38,78%", dan terdapat pengaruh Praktik Kerja Industri terhadap Employability Skills siswa kelas XII DPIB secara signifikan dengan persamaan regresi Y = 26,639 + 0,676X. Industrial work practice is one of the efforts made by vocational high schools to produce graduates who have the appropriate skills which field is occupied through practice industrial work students can improve employability skills that can improve the quality of self in work. Destination from research Employability skills are these skills are skills that are learned to be applied in a variety of jobs and skills to enter the work environment This is to find out the description of the work practice. Industrial students of class XII DPIB SMK PU Negeri Bandung, know a description of the work ability of class XII students of DPIB SMK PU Negeri Bandung, and find out how much influence industrial work practices have on students Employability Skills class XII DPIB SMK PU Negeri Bandung. The research method used in this research is associative research with a quantitative approach. The population in this study were students of class XII DPIB which collected 69 students, with a research sample of 49 students. The data collection technique uses a questionnaire (questionnaire) for both industrial work practices (variable X) and Employability Skills (variable Y). The results of this study show a picture. In general, the general description of the Employability Skills of the XII DPIB class XII students has a tendency of "High Enough" of "38.78%", and there is influence Industrial Work Practices on Employability Skills of class XII DPIB students significantly with the regression equation Y = 26.639 + 0.676X.
