Summary:Penelitian ini berjudul "Pengaruh Manajemen Sarana Pembelajaran Terhadap Mutu Proses Pembelajaran di SMP dan MTSS Se-Kecamatan Cipunagara Kabupaten Subang". Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memeroleh gambaran mengenai Pengaruh Manajemen Sarana Pembelajaran Terhadap Mutu Proses Pembelajaran di SMP dan MTSS Se-Kecamatan Cipunagara Kabupaten Subang. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif pendekatan kuantitatif dengan responden guru di SMP dan MTSS Se-Kecamatan Cpunagara Kabupaten Subang. Berdasarkan perhitungan Tingkat Capaian Responden (TCR) guru menunjukan bahwa Manajemen Sarana Pembelajaran dan Mutu Proses Pembelajaran berada pada kategori cukup baik dengan nilai 79,6 dan 77,7. Selanjutnya, hasil uji normalitas data menunjukan bahwa variabel X dan variabel Y berdistribusi normal, sehingga analisis data menggunakan statistik parametrik. Adapun hasil uji hipotesis diketahui terdapat pengaruh yang kuat dan signifikan antara manajemen sarana pembelajaran dengan mutu proses pembelajaran di SMP dan MTSS Se-Kecamatan Cipunagara Kabupaten Subang, dengan nilai koefisien korelasi sebesar 0,797 dan nilai uji signifikansi sebesar 10,220 Yang terbukti signifikan karena thitung (10,220) > ttabel (2,000); kemudian hasil perolehan analisis koefisien determinasi sebesar 63,5%. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian di atas, menunjukan bahwa terdapat pengaruh Manajemen Sarana Pembelajaran terhadap Mutu Proses Pembelajaran di SMP dan MTSS Se-Kecamatan Cipunagara Kabupaten Subang. Guru sebagai fasilitator, pendidik, pembimbing dalam pembelajaran perlu meningkatkan kesadaran untuk menjalankan semua indikator manajemen sarana pembelajaran dan proses pembelajaran. Kata Kunci: Manajemen Sarana Pembelajaran, Mutu Proses Pembelajaran This research is entitled "The Effect of Learning Facilities Management on the Quality of the Learning Process in SMP and MTSS in Cipunagara Sub-district, Subang Regency". This study aims to obtain an overview of the Effect of Learning Facilities Management on the Quality of the Learning Process in SMP and MTSS throughout Cipunagara District, Subang Regency. This study uses a descriptive quantitative approach with teacher respondents in SMP and MTSS throughout the Cpunagara District, Subang Regency. Based on the calculation of the Respondent Achievement Level (TCR), the teacher shows that the Management of Learning Facilities and the Quality of the Learning Process are in the fairly good category with scores of 79.6 and 77.7. Furthermore, the results of the data normality test showed that the variables X and Y variables were normally distributed, so that the data analysis used parametric statistics. As for the results of the hypothesis test, it is known that there is a strong and significant influence between the management of learning facilities and the quality of the learning process in SMP and MTs throughout Cipunagara Sub-district, Subang Regency, with a correlation coefficient value of 0.797 and a significance test value of 10.220 Which proved significant because tcount (10.220) > ttable (2,000); then the results of the analysis of the coefficient of determination of 63.5%. Based on the results of the research above, it shows that there is an influence of Learning Facilities Management on the Quality of the Learning Process in SMP and MTSS throughout Cipunagara District, Subang Regency. Teachers as facilitators, educators, mentors in learning need to increase awareness to carry out all indicators of management of learning facilities and learning processes.
