Summary

Kumpulan cerita pendek Halis Pasir secara garis besarnya menceritakan kehidupan sosial yang biasa terjadi dalam kehidupan sehari-hari. Kehidupan sosial cenderung erat kaitannya dengan nilai-nilai sosial. Oleh karena itu, kumpulan cerita pendek ini perlu diteliti agar nilai-nilai sosial yang terdapat dalam cerita ini diketahui oleh masyarakat. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan struktur cerita, unsur mimetik, serta aspek sosial yang terdapat dalam kumpulan cerita pendek Halis Pasir karya Us Tiarsa. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode analisis deskriptif dengan langkah-langkah yang dimulai dari menentukan masalah, mengumpulkan data, menganalisis data serta mendeskripsikan data. Sumber data utama yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah kumpulan cerita pendek Halis Pasir karya Us Tiarsa. Data yang diperoleh berupa catatan hasil telaah studi pustaka. Hasil analisis struktur cerita dalam kumpulan cerita pendek Halis Pasir karya Us Tiarsa terdapat unsur intrinsik yang terdiri dari tema, alur, pelaku dan watak, latar, sudut pandang, dan amanat. Dalam setiap cerita terdapat unsur mimetik atau tiruan realitas. Secara garis besar, tiruan dalam kumpulan cerita pendek Halis Pasir mengenai interaksi sosial yang berkaitan erat dengan setiap kejadian serta segala aspek sosial yang biasa terjadi dalam kehidupan. Dalam setiap cerita terdapat aspek sosial yang beragam. Aspek sosial yang dianalisis dalam kumpulan cerita pendek Halis Pasir yang terdiri dari 13 judul cerpen dikelompokkan menjadi lima aspek sosial yitu aspek sosial agama, aspek sosial pendidikan, aspek sosial ekonomi, aspek sosial politik dan aspek sosial moral. Most of the stories in Halis Pasir's collection of short stories tell about social life that usually occurs in everyday life. Social life tends to be closely related to social values. Therefore, this collection of short stories needs to be researched so that the social values contained in this story are known by the public. This study aims to describe the structure of the story, mimetic elements, and social aspects contained in the collection of short stories Halis Pasir by Us Tiarsa. The method used in this research is descriptive analysis method with steps starting from determining the problem, collecting data, analyzing data and describing data. The main data source used in this research is a collection of short stories Halis Pasir by Us Tiarsa. The data obtained are in the form of notes on the results of a literature review. The results of the analysis of the structure of the story in the collection of short stories Halis Pasir by Us Tiarsa contain intrinsic elements consisting of themes, plots, actors and characters, setting, point of view, and mandate. In every story there is an element of mimetic or imitation of reality. The imitations in Halis Pasir's collection of short stories are about social interactions that are closely related to each event as well as all the social aspects that commonly occur in life. The social aspects analyzed in the Halis Pasir short story collection which consists of 13 short stories are grouped into five social aspects, namely the social aspect of religion, the social aspect of education, the socio-economic aspect, the socio-political aspect and the social moral aspect.
