This research used case study approach. Data collection in this research conducted in three ways; in-depth interviews, observation and documentation study, which guided by the interview and observation guidance. Data analysis was performed by data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion. The data of interviews, observations, and documentation study shows indication that Sekolah Alam Bandung developed a different learning culture from schools in general. The learning culture was developed based on educational concept which based on three pillars; they are piety, knowledge/scholarship, and leadership. It leads to a free culture that full of moral values, it aimed to train students to bring their creativity and criticality, and form their character. The efforts to develop the learning culture are providing exemplary, doing habituation, and developing an experience-based fun learning. The develop of learning culture in Sekolah Alam Bandung impacted on the quality of learning services. In providing learning service, Sekolah Alam Bandung provides quality assurance by providing services in accordance with the promises and in accordance with the customers' expectations and needs, students and parents, from the beginning. The result of this research indicates that the service quality provided by Sekolah Alam Bandung to its students in accordance with its concept
