Summary:ABSTRAK Sikap sosial merupakan aspek yang harus ditekankan kepada siswa agar peduli terhadap lingkungan sekitar. Namun tidak semua siswa memiliki sikap sosial yang baik. Sehingga penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kemampuan sikap sosial siswa sekolah dasar menggunakan model contextual teaching and learning di SD Negeri 1 Tegalmunjul Kecamatan Purwakarta. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah pre-eksperimen dengan one group pretest-posttest design. Sampel pada penelitian ini siswa kelas Vb sebanyak 25 orang. Pengumpulan data pada penelitian ini dilakukan dengan teknik non-tes yaitu angket, wawancara dan dokumentasi, kemudian dianalisis menggunakan analisis statistik deskriptif, uji T, uji regresi linier sederhana, uji koefesien determinasi dan uji N-Gain. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa penggunaan model contextual teaching and learning dapat meningkatkan kemampuan sikap sosial siswa kelas Vb SDN 1 Tegalmunjul. Rata-rata hasil siswa mengalami peningkatan dari skor rat-rata pretest sebesar 31,24 menjadi 35,36 pada posttest. Selain itu pada uji T menghasilkan nilai signifikansi 0,000 yang kurang dari 0,05 yang artinya kemampuan sikap sosial siswa mengalami perbedaan yang signifikan. Berdasarkan hasil uji Regresi linier sederhana, diperoleh nilai signifikansi 0,000 dan diperoleh koefisien determinasi (R square) sebesar 0,779 yang artinya besarnya pengaruh model contextual teaching and learning terhadap kemampuan sikap sosial siswa sekolah dasar sebesar 77,9%. Kemudian nilai rata-rata N-Gain sebesar 0,33 menunjukan kemampuan sikap sosial mengalami peningkatan sedang. Kata kunci: Model contextual teaching and learning, Sikap Sosial ----- ABSTRACT Social attitude is an aspect that must be emphasized to students to care about the surrounding environment. However, not all students have good social attitudes. So this study aims to improve the social attitude skills of elementary school students using the contextual teaching and learning model at SD Negeri 1 Tegalmunjul, Purwakarta District. The research method used is pre-experiment with one group pretest-posttest design. The sample in this study were 25 students of class Vb. Data collection in this study was carried out using non-test techniques, namely questionnaires, interviews and documentation, then analyzed using descriptive statistical analysis, T test, simple linear regression test, coefficient of determination test and N-Gain test. The results showed that the use of the contextual teaching and learning model could improve the social attitude skills of Vb class students at SDN 1 Tegalmunjul. The average student results have increased from the average pretest score of 31.24 to 35.36 at the posttest. In addition, the T-test produces a significance value of 0.000 which is less than 0.05, which means that the ability of students' social attitudes has a significant difference. Based on the results of the simple linear regression test, a significance value of 0.000 was obtained and the coefficient of determination (R square) was 0.779, which means that the magnitude of the influence of the contextual teaching and learning model on the social attitude abilities of elementary school students was 77.9%.
