Summary:This research is motivated by the enthusiasm of students in participating in learning. This can be seen from the interest, involvement, and independent business development. This study aims to determine the leaders role of learning community in facilitating learning interest in women local hero in PKBM An-nur Ibun Bandung. This study uses a qualitative approach with analytical descriptive research methods. Data collection techniques were carried out through field observations, interviews and documentation studies. Data analysis is done by reducing data, presenting data, and drawing conclusions. The results of the study show that: 1) The role of community leaders in developing learning community units starts from; carry out member awareness processes, formation of study habits, transformation of knowledge and skills according to interests, and development of intellectual abilities. 2) Roles in developing interest in learning in the learning community for woman local heroes ranging from; develop programs according to community needs, participate in learning management, involve participants in solving problems, conduct periodic evaluations. Community leaders do it differently; develop ideas, stimulate students, explore experiences, develop imagination, and be positive. 3) The results of students after participating in the women's local hero learning community program are; changes in mindset, changes in knowledge, changes in skills, increases in communication skills, changes in parenting behavior and increases in family independence and resilience. 4) Supporting factors include; learning motivation, adequate learning facilities and infrastructure, local government and private budget assistance, products able to compete in the market, product marketing using digital marketing, and building relationships. Inhibiting factors include; new business competitors, changing market demands, less creative business strategies, and limited marketing capabilities.
