Summary:Education of obedience values is the important thing, considering in the present time morality tend to decrease. Obedience values, like well mannered languages since early childhood has given big impact in multidimensional intelligences. Focus of this research is "How to develop educational model of obedience values in a costumizing well mannered languages to early childhood in Darul Hikam Kindergarten". In genera, this research purpose to formulate obedience value in education model to earlier childhood in Darul Hikam Kindergaten. Method of this researcj used qualitative method which using case study approach in Darul Hikam Kindergarten. Collecting data technique conducted with observation, interviewing, and documentation. Research subject are school principals, teachers, early childhood, and parents. Data analysis technique use inductive analysis. The description of personal obedient in early childhood can be perceived as a value of learning. It means that obedience values not only have limitation in developing talent, developing interest and student recreation, furthermore have normative values.Learning values, education, religious and social which is having positive contributing of forming student personality.The strategy in internalization of obedience values is divided into three steps: (1) concept or value analysis in learning activities; (2) learning implementation; (3) evaluation and follow up action. The resistances of obedience value in learning consist of (1) lack of understanding from teachers about value concept; (2) limited internalization values training fpr teachers. This research led to suggestion, that obedience value through well mannered languages must be developed by increasing kindergarten teacher competencies and cooperating school and parents.
