Summary:ABSTRAK IMPLEMENTASI MODEL EVALUASI KIRKPATRICK PADA PROGRAM PELATIHAN DI BADAN PENGEMBANGAN SUMBER DAYA MANUSIA (BPSDM) PROVINSI JAWA BARAT Oleh: ANDIKA DERIAN RAMDHANI 1800073 Abstrak: Penelitian ini merupakan penerapan menggunakan evaluasi model Kirkpatrick yang mayoritas para peserta merupakan seorang Aparatur Sipil Negara yang harus melaksanakan pelatihan di Badan Pusat Sumber Daya Manusia. Model evaluasi ini dikembangkan oleh Kirkpatrick dikenal dengan istilah Kirkpatrick Four Levels Evaluation Model. Evaluasi terhadap efektivitas program pelatihan menurut Kirkpatrick(1998) mencakup empat level evaluasi, yaitu: level 1 reaction, level 2 learning, 3 level behavior, dan level 4 result. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dan metode deskriptif. Dengan menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif peneliti dapat memahani kuantitas sebuah fenomena yang dapat digunakan nantinya untuk perbandingan serta dapat menyederhanakan realita permasalahan yang kompleks dan rumit dalam sebuah model. Nilai rata-rata berasal dari respon peserta diklat Pelatihan Kepemimpinan Nasional II terhadap penyelenggara yang memiliki nilai paling tinggi sebesar 91,88% yang berasal dari aspek panitia, aspek tersebut terdiri dari beberapa unsur yaitu unsur pelayanan sebesar 91,85%, kerjasama dengan peserta sebesar 92,58%, pelayanan terhadap narasumber sebesar 91,85% dan sikap terhadap peserta sebesar 91,24%. Pada penelitian ini terlihat perubahan sikap peserta pelatihan berproses kearah yang lebih baik sehingga memberikan dampak yang positif terhadap perilaku peserta pelatihan. Kata kunci: Kirkpatrick, Pelatihan, dan Sumber daya manusia. ABSTRACT IMPLEMENTATION OF THE KIRKPATRICK EVALUATION MODEL IN THE TRAINING PROGRAM IN THE HUMAN RESOURCES DEVELOPMENT AGENCY (BPSDM) WEST JAVA PROVINCE By: ANDIKA DERIAN RAMDHANI 1800073 Abstract: This research is an application of using Kirkpatrick's evaluation model in which the majority of the participants are a State Civil Apparatus who must carry out training at the Central Agency for Human Resources. This evaluation model developed by Kirkpatrick is known as the Kirkpatrick Four Levels Evaluation Model. According to Kirkpatrick (1998) the evaluation of the effectiveness of the training program includes four levels of evaluation, namely: level 1 reaction, level 2 learning, level 3 behavior, and level 4 result. This study uses a quantitative approach and descriptive method. By using a quantitative approach, researchers can understand the quantity of a phenomenon that can be used later for comparison and can simplify the reality of complex and complicated problems in a model. The average value comes from the response of the National Leadership Training II training participants to the organizers who have the highest score of 91.88% which comes from the committee aspect, this aspect consists of several elements, namely the service element of 91.85%, cooperation with participants of 92.58%, service to resource persons is 91.85% and attitude to participants is 91.24%. In this study, it was seen that changes in the attitude of the trainees proceeded towards a better direction so as to have a positive impact on the behavior of the trainees.
