Penelitian ini dilakukan di SMK Negeri 3 Baleendah. Permasalah pada penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh belum optimalnya Efektivitas Pembelajaran di SMK Negeri 3 Baleendah. Penelitian ini terdiri dari dua variabel yaitu e-learning berbasis moodle dan Efektivitas Pembelajaran. Tujuan dari dilakukannya penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui gambaran efektivitas e-learning berbasis moodle dan gambaran efektivitas pembelajaran pada mata pelajaran OTK Kepegawaian di Kelas XI kompetensi keahlian Otomatisasi dan Tata Kelola Perkantoran SMK Negeri 3 Baleendah. Selain itu juga untuk mengetahui pengaruh e-learning berbasis moodle terhadap efektivitas pembelajaran pada mata pelajaran OTK Kepegawaian di Kelas XI kompetensi keahlian Otomatisasi dan Tata Kelola Perkantoran SMK Negeri 3 Baleendah. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode explanatory survey dengan cara mengumpulkan data memalui angket. Jumlah populasi dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 105 responden. Responden pada penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas XI kompetensi keahlian Otomatisasi dan Tata Kelola Perkantoran SMK Negeri 3 Baleendah. Hasil dari pengolahan data menunjukkan bahwa gambaran efektivitas e-learning berbasis moodle berada pada kategori baik, dan gambaran tingkat efektivitas pembelajaran berada pada kategori tinggi. Berdasarkan hasil dari perhitungan koefisien regresi sederhana diperoleh hasil bahwa e-learning berbasis moodle memiliki pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan terhadap efektivitas pembelajaran. This research took place at SMK Negeri 3 Baleendah. The problem in this research motivated by the not yet optimal effectiveness of learning at SMK Negeri 3 Baleendah. This research consists of two variables, namely e-learning based on Moodle and Learning Effectiveness. The purpose of this research is to describe the effectiveness of e-learning based moodle and an overview of the effectiveness of learning on OTK Personnel subject in Class XI of the Automation and Office Governance skill competency of SMK Negeri 3 Baleendah. In addition, to determine the effect e-learning based moodle on the effectiveness of learning in OTK Personnel subject in Class XI, the competence of Automation and Office Governance at SMK Negeri 3 Baleendah. This study uses an explanatory survey by collecting data through a questionnaire. The total population in this study were 105 respondents. Respondents in this study were student of class XI competence in Office Automation and Governance at SMK Negeri 3 Baleendah. Kata Kunci: E-Learning berbasis Moodle, Efektivitas Pembelajaran The result of data processing show that the description of the effectiveness e-learning based Moodle is in the good category, and the descriptive of the level of learning effectiveness is in the high category. Based on the result of the calculation of simple regression coefficients, it is found that e-learning based on moodle has a posstive and significant effect on the effectiveness of learning.
