Permasalahan yang menjadi kajian dalam penelitian ini adalah pada Mahasiswa Fakultas Pendidikan Ekonomi dan Bisnis yaitu masih rendahnya individu yang memiliki Komunikasi Interpersonal. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui apakah ada pengaruhnya self efficacy terhadap komunikasi interpersonal pada Mahasiswa Fakultas Pendidikan Ekonomi dan Bisnis UPI. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode survey dengan teknik pengumpulan data yaitu menggunakan kuisoner dengan skala likerts. Jumlah populasi pada penelitian ini berjumlah 303 orang di Fakultas Pendidikan Ekonomi dan Bisnis UPI pada angkatan 2018 dan 2019. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah Teknik regresi Berdasarkan hasil penelitian yang dilakukan pertama Self Efficacy angka tersebut berada pada rentang 4,08 atau pada kategori tinggi. Sedangkan Komunikasi Interpersonal sebesar 4,22. Apabila dikonsultasikan dengan skala penafsiran skor rata-rata jawaban responden pada kategori sangat tinggi. Hasil uji hipotesis yang dilakukan memiliki kategori sedang/cukup. Dengan ini, dapat ditarik kesimpulan bahwa self efficacy memiliki pengaruh terhadap komunikasi interpersonal Kata Kunci: Self efficacy, Komunikasi, Komunikasi Interpersonal The problem that is studied in this research is the students of the Faculty of Economics and Business Education, namely the low number of individuals who have Interpersonal Communication skills. The purpose of this study is to determine whether there is an effect of self efficacy on interpersonal communication of students of the Faculty of Economics and Business Education UPI. This study uses a survey method with data collection techniques using a questionnaire with a Likerts scale. The total population in this study amounted to 303 people at the Faculty of Economics and Business Education UPI in the 2018 and 2019 batches. The data analysis technique used was the regression technique. Based on the results of the research conducted, the first Self Efficacy figure is in the range of 4.08 or in the high category. Meanwhile, Interpersonal Communication is 4.22. When consulted with the interpretation scale of the average score of the respondents' answers, this figure is in the range of 4.19 - 5.00 or in the very high category. The results of the hypothesis test carried out have a moderate/sufficient category. With this, it can be concluded that self-efficacy has an influence on interpersonal communication Keywords: Self efficacy, Communication, Interpersonal Communication
