Summary:Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menghasilkan bahan ajar IPA terpadu tipe nested tema energi dalam kehidupan yang berbasis internalisasi nilai tauhid dan literasi sains. Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi rendahnya ketersediaan bahan ajar yang terintegrasi dengan pendidikan agama dan tauhid di sekolah, khususunya di Sekolah Islam Terpadu. Selain itu bahan ajar yang digunakan di sekolah belum mampu melatihkan kterampilan literasi sains kepada peserta didik. Sehingga penggunaan bahan ajar yang berbasis nilai tauhid dan berorientasi pada literasi sains merupakan salah satu cara menstimulus kemampuan literasi sains dan kemampuan internalisasi nilai tauhid peserta didik. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah mixed method exploratory sequential design. Adapun pengembangan bahan ajar dilakukan dengan metode Design and Development Research (DDR) yang diintegrasikan dengan Four Step Teaching Material Development (4STMD). Partisipan dalam penelitian ini terdiri dari 5 orang guru IPA dan 40 orang peserta didik di salah satu SMP swasta di Kabupaten Tasikmalaya. Instrumen dalam penelitian ini berupa lembar validasi ahli yang digunakan pada tahap seleksi dan strukturisasi, uji keterpahaman peserta didik pada tahap karakterisasi, uji kemampuan literasi sains dan internalisasi nilai tauhid pada tahap evaluasi. Dari penelitian ini dihasilkan suatu bahan ajar IPA terpadu tema energi dalam kehidupan yang berbasis internalisasi nilai tauhid dan literasi sains yang dinyatakan valid berdasarkan judgement ahli. Aspek kelayakan bahan ajar secara umum memiliki persentase 94,8% dengan kategori sangat baik. Uji efektivitas bahan ajar dilakukan dengan membandingkan hasil post-test kelas eksperimen dan kontrol dengan teknik analisis uji t. Hasil analisis menunjukkan nilai siginifikansi kemampuan internalisasi nilai tauhid dan literasi sains sebesar 0,001. Berdasarkan hasil tersebut bahan ajar yang dikembangkan layak untuk digunakan dan mampu melatihkan kemampuan internalisasi nilai tauhid dan literasi sains pada peserta didik. This study aims to produce science teaching material type nested on the theme of energy in life based on internalization of tawheed and science literacy. This study was motivated by low availability of teaching material that are integrated with religious education and value of tawheed in schools, especially in islamic schools. In addition, the teaching material used in schools have not been able to train students in science literacy. The use of teaching material based on internalization of tawheed and science literacy skill is the method to stimulate science literacy skills and the ability to internalize the students value of tawheed. The research method used in this study is a mixed method exploratory sequential design. The development of teaching materials is carried out using Design and Development Research (DDR) method which is integrated with Four Step Teaching Material Development (4STMD). The participants in this study consisted of 5 science teachers and 40 students at one of the middle schools in Tasikmalaya. The instruments in this study were expert validation sheets used at selection and structurization stage, student understanding tests at characterization stage, science literacy and the internalization of tawheed test at evaluation stage. This research resulted in an science teaching material on the theme of energy in life based on the internalization of tawheed and science literacy which was declared valid based on judgment. The feasibility aspect of teaching material in general has a percentage of 94.8% with a very good category. The test of effectiveness of teaching materials was carried out by comparing the post-test results of experimental and control classes with t-test analysis. The results of the analysis show the significant value of the ability to internalization of tawheed and science literacy is 0.001. Based on these results, the teaching materials developed are feasible to use and are able to train students' ability to internalize value of tawheed and science literacy.
