Kinerja karyawan merupakan poin penting bagi perusahaan, kinerja karyawan yang tinggi berpengaruh positif terhadap perusahaan dalam upaya mencapai tujuannya. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui gambaran dan pengaruh Employee Engagement terhadap Kinerja Karyawan dengan Job Satisfaction sebagai variabel intervening di departemen Weaving V PT.Putera Mulya Terang Indah. Teknik penarikan sampel adalah random sampling. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif dan metode verifikatif dengan jumlah sampel 67 karyawan, serta menggunakan teknik pengumpulan data penelitian lapangan dan penelitian kepustakaan. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa adanya pengaruh tidak langsung antara employee engagement terhadap kinerja karyawan melalui job satisfaction, namun pengaruh tersebut tidak lebih besar dibandingkan pengaruh langsung antara employee engagement terhadap kinerja. This study aims to determine the description and influence of Employee Engagement on Employee Performance with Job Satisfaction as an intervention variable in the Weaving V department of PT.Putera Mulya Terang Indah. Sampling technique is random sampling. This study uses descriptive and verification methods with a sample of 67 employees, and uses field research data collection techniques and library research. The results showed that there was an indirect effect between employee engagement on employee performance through job satisfaction, but the effect was not greater than the direct effect between employee engagement on performance.
