ABSTRAK Penelitian ini berjudul "Pengaruh Lingkungan Kerja terhadap Motivasi Kerja Berprestasi Pegawai di PPPPTK TK dan PLB". Secara umum penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana pengaruh lingkungan kerja terhadap Motivasi Kerja Berprestasi pegawai. Metode yang digunakan adalah metode deskriptif dengan pendekatan kuantitatif, dengan teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan angket/kuesioner tertutup menggunakan Google Form yang disebarkan kepada perwakilan 56 orang pegawai. Hasil perhitungan uji normalitas terhadap distribusi data bahwa variabel X dan variabel Y berdistribusi normal. Berdasarkan hasil pengujian data, diperoleh koefisien korelasi antara variabel X dan variabel Y sebesar 0,157. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa korelasi antara kedua variabel memiliki tingkat pengaruh yang positif dan kuat. Sementara itu, hasil uji signifikansi dengan uji-t jika dibandingkan yaitu thitung > ttabel sebesar 11.377 > 2.005 artinya ada hubungan yang signifikan antara variabel X dan variabel Y. Kemudian kontribusi terhadap variabel Y (Motivasi Kerja) sebesar 70.6% dan sisanya dipengaruhi oleh faktor lain. Pada hasi analisis regresi diperoleh persamaan Ŷ= a+bX maka Ŷ= 8.295 + 0.830X Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini adalah hubungan antara Lingkungan Kerja terhadap Motivasi Kerja Berprestasi Pegawai di PPPPTK TK dan PLB tergolong kuat. Kata Kunci: Lingkungan Kerja, Motivasi Kerja Berprestasi, ABSTRACT This research is entitled "The Influence of Work Environment on Employee Achievement Motivation in PPPPTK TK and PLB". In general, this study aims to determine how the influence of the work environment on employee achievement motivation. The method used is a descriptive method with a quantitative approach, with data collection techniques using closed questionnaires using Google Forms which are distributed to representatives of 56 employees. The results of the calculation of the normality test on the data distribution that the X variable and Y variable are normally distributed. Based on the results of data testing, the correlation coefficient between variable X and variable Y is 0.157. This shows that the correlation between the two variables has a positive and strong level of influence. Meanwhile, the results of the significance test with the t-test when compared, namely tcount > ttable of 11,377 > 2,005, meaning that there is a significant relationship between variable X and variable Y. Then the contribution to variable Y (Work Motivation) is 70.6% and the rest is influenced by other factors. . The results of the regression analysis obtained the equation = a+bX, so = 8.295 + 0.830X The conclusion of this study is that the relationship between Work Environment and Work Motivation for Employee Achievement in PPPPTK TK and PLB is quite strong.
