Tujuan dari peneliti ini ialah untuk mengevaluasi sistem pembinaan dan pengembangan olahraga futsal di Kabupaten Bandung Barat. Metode penelitian ini ialah kualitatif. Lokasi penelitian ini di Asosiasi Futsal Kabupaten Bandung Barat dan penelitian berlangsung 5 hari mulai 4 sampai dengan 8 Juli 2022. Instrumen yang digunakan pada penelitian ini yaitu wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Temuan pertama dalam penelitian ini yaitu pada pilar 4 talent identification AFKAB Kabupaten Bandung Barat berdasarkan 12 faktor penentu keberhasilan, hanya terdapat 5 faktor penentu keberhasilan yang terpenuhi. Temuan kedua yaitu pada pilar 6 training facilities hanya 2 faktor penentu keberhasilan yang dipenuhi. Temuan ketiga yaitu pada pilar 8 (Inter)national competition terdapat 7 faktor penentu keberhasilan AFKAB Kabupaten Bandung Barat yang telah terpenuhi. Simpulan penelitian ini yaitu sistem pengembangan dan pembinaan olaharaga futsal di Kabupaten Bandung Barat belum berjalan dengan baik. The purpose of this research is to evaluate the system of coaching and developing futsal in West Bandung Regency. This research method is qualitative. The location of this research is the Futsal Association of West Bandung Regency and the research lasts 5 days from 4 to 8 July 2022. The instruments used in this study are interviews, observation, and documentation. The first finding in this study is on pillar 4 talent identification AFKAB West Bandung Regency based on 12 critical success factors, only 5 critical success factors are met. The second finding is that in pillar 6 of training facilities only 2 critical success factors are met. The third finding is that in pillar 8 (International) national competition, there are 7 factors that determine the success of AFKAB West Bandung Regency which have been fulfilled. The conclusion of this research is that the system of developing and fostering futsal in West Bandung Regency has not been running well.
