Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian deskriptif dengan pendekatan kualitatif yang bertujuan untuk menganalisis peran Studio Dapur sebagai social enterprise dalam pengentasan kemiskinan di Kabupaten Tasikmalaya. Objek penelitian pada proposal ini adalah social enterprise sebagai variabel independen (X) dan kemiskinan sebagai variabel dependen (Y). Partisipan atau subjek dari penelitian ini adalah Studio Dapur, yang merupakan salah satu social enterprise yang ada di Kabupaten Tasikmalaya. Studio Dapur merupakan sebuah wirausaha sosial yang memiliki konsep eco socialpreneur, dimana kegiatan wirausaha yang dilakukan memegang teguh prinsip sosial dan lingkungan. Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner, wawancara terstruktur, dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian ini menjelaskan peran social enterprise Studio Dapur yang mencakup empat elemen, diantaranya, social value, civil society, innovation dan economic activity, serta peran dalam pengentasan kemiskinan dengan meningkatkan lapangan pekerjaan dan meningkatkan pendapatan. This study was a descriptive study with a qualitative approach that aimed to analyze the role of Studio Dapur as a social enterprise in alleviating poverty at Tasikmalaya Regency. The study's object in this proposal was social enterprise as the independent variable (X) and poverty as the dependent variable (Y). This study's participant or subject was Studio Dapur, one of the Tasikmalaya Regency's social enterprises. Studio Dapur is a social entrepreneur with a socio-ecopreneur concept, in which entrepreneurial activities are carried out by upholding social and environmental principles. Questionnaires, structured interviews, and documentation were used as data collection methods. The study's results explained the role of the Studio Dapur social enterprise, which included four elements: social value, civil society, innovation and economic activity, and its role in poverty alleviation by increasing employment opportunities and income.
