| Summary: | ABSTRAK Kajian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh munculnya isu kreativitas para siswa di Indonesia yang sangat rendah dan tertinggal dibandingkan dengan para siswa dari negara- negara lain. Kajian ini bertujuan menganalisis hubungan konsep diri (self concept) dan kepercayaan diri (self confidence) dengan kreativitas siswa kelas 10 dan 11 SMA Islam Harapan Ibu Jakarta. Penelitian ini penting dengan asumsi bahwa konsep diri yang positif dan kepercayaan diri yang tinggi dapat mendorong anak untuk bisa menghasilkan ide-ide barunya secara konkrit, dalam berbagai bentuk karya. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan metode survey dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Instrumen pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah Skala Likert. Data yang terhimpun diolah dengan menggunakan analisis korelasi ganda untuk menguji hubungan antara dua atau lebih variabel bebas terhadap variabel terikat, serta memprediksi seberapa besar variabel-variabel bebas tersebut dapat teridentifikasi dengan menggunakan alat bantu SPSS 28. Berdasarkan hasil analisis tersebut diperoleh kesimpulan bahwa terdapat hubungan positIf dan signifikan antara konsep diri dan kepercayaan diri dengan kreativitas siswa. Hasil penelitian ini dapat direkomendasikan: 1) bagi guru, sebagai sarana akademis dalam meningkatkan mutu kreativitas siswa di dalam proses pembelajaran siswa. 2) bagi peneliti selanjutnya, diharapkan ini dapat dijadikan rujukan dalam melakukan penelitian selanjutnya. Kata kunci: konsep diri, kepercayaan diri, kreativitas ABSTRACT This study is motivated by the emergence of the issue of student creativity in Indonesia which is still very low and left behind compared to students from other countries. This study aims at analyzing the conceptual relationship between self- concept and self-confidence and the creativity of the tenth graders at SMA Islam Harapan Ibu Jakarta. This research starts with the assumption that the positive self- concept and high self-confidence can encourage children to be able to produce new ideas concretely, in various forms of work. This research method uses a survey method with a quantitative approach. The data collection instrument used is the Likert Scale. The collected data is processed using multiple correlation analysis to test the relationship between two or more independent variables on the dependent variables, as well as the estimation of how much these independent variables can be identified using the SPSS 28 tool. Based on the results of the analysis, it was concluded that there was a positive and significant relationship between self- concept and self-confidence and student creativity. The results of this study can be utilized 1) for teachers, as an academic tool in improving the quality of student creativity in the student learning process. 2) for further researchers, it is hoped that this can be used as a reference in conducting further research.
