Summary:Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh adanya disiplin belajar siswa sekolah dasar yang kurang baik di masa pandemi covid-19. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk melihat bagaimana upaya yang dilakukan oleh guru dalam meningkatkan disiplin belajar siswa sekolah dasar di masa pandemi covid-19, khususnya dalam tiga indikator disiplin belajar, yaitu disiplin kehadiran, ketepatan waktu, dan disiplin dalam mengerjakan tugas. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode studi kasus. Pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini dilakukan dengan menggunakan teknik wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Pengecekan keabsahan data dilakukan dengan triangulasi sumber dan triangulasi teknik. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa guru SDN X telah melakukan upaya penanaman disiplin belajar kepada siswa di masa pandemi covid-19 dengan menerapkan aturan, memberikan penghargaan dan hukuman, rutin memeriksa kehadiran dan tugas-tugas siswa, serta melaksanakan program Bimbingan dan Penyuluhan. Hasil implementasi guru menunjukkan bahwa terdapat beberapa siswa yang tidak memberikan keterangan saat tidak masuk sekolah, tidak ada siswa yang terlambat datang ke sekolah, dan kebanyakan siswa disiplin dalam mengerjakan tugas, sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa disiplin belajar siswa dalam hal ketepatan waktu sudah baik, sedangkan disiplin siswa dalam kehadiran dan tugas masih kurang baik. Faktor pendukung disiplin belajar siswa di masa pandemi covid-19 diantaranya: (1) Dukungan dan kepedulian orang tua siswa, (2) Kesadaran diri siswa untuk berdisiplin, (3) Situasi pembelajaran tatap muka terbatas. Faktor penghambat disiplin belajar siswa di masa pandemi covid-19 diantaranya: (1) Kondisi kesehatan siswa yang kurang baik, (2) Kurangmya kesadaran diri siswa untuk berdisiplin, (3) Teman sebaya yang memberi pengaruh buruk, (4) Kurangnya ketegasan dan konsistensi guru. Kata Kunci: upaya guru, disiplin belajar, pandemi covid-19. This research was motivated by the lack of learning discipline of elementary school students during the covid-19 pandemic. This study aims to see how the efforts made by teachers in improving learning discipline of elementary school students during the covid-19 pandemic, especially in three indicators of learning discipline, namely discipline of attendance, punctuality, and discipline in doing assignments. This study uses a qualitative approach with case study research method. This research uses interview, observation, and documentation data collection techniques. Checking the validity of the data is done by triangulation techniques. The results of this study indicate that SDN X teachers have made efforts to instill learning discipline in students during the covid-19 pandemic by improving rules, giving rewards and punishment, routinely checking student attendance and assignments, and improving Guidance and Counseling programs. The results of the teacher's implementation showed that there were some students who did not provide information when they did not go to school, there were no students who were not late to school, and most students were disciplined in doing assignments, so it can be concluded that student learning discipline in terms of punctuality is good, while student discipline in attendance and assignments is still not good. Factors supporting student learning discipline during the COVID-19 pandemic include: (1) Support and concern for students' parents, (2) Students' self-awareness to be disciplined, (3) Limited face-to-face learning situations. Factors inhibiting student learning discipline during the Covid-19 pandemic include: (1) Poor student health conditions, (2) Lack of self-awareness of students to be disciplined, (3) Peers who have a bad influence, (4) Lack of firmness and consistency teacher.
