Summary:This research is based on phenomena that occurred during the Covid-19 pandemic. The implementation of Distance Learning has implications to the learning process carried out. New learning method applied during the pandemic creates new problems directly. Facilities that are commonly available in schools cannot be used during Distance Learning. Inadequate learning facilities at home make student learning outcomes on construction basics inefficient. This study aims to provide an overview of the correlation between availability of learning facilities at home during a pandemic and student learning outcomes on construction basics. The research method used is correlation research with a quantitative approach. The research sample was taken using the saturation sampling method and a sample of 64 respondents was obtained. The results of this study indicate the availability of student learning facilities by 33% and indicators of laptop or computer devices and dedicated study rooms with a percentage of 59% included in the low category. The data on student learning outcomes is also in the low category with a percentage of 30%. The correlation coefficient between the two variables is 0.316 which indicates that the two variables have a positive relationship and a sufficient degree of correlation. This study also uses the T-test to prove the significance of the correlation on the basis that Tcount > Ttable From the results of the T-test, it is found that the Tcount is 2.624 and Ttable is 1.999, which means that the two variables have a significant correlation. Thus, a positive and significant relationship is obtained between the availability of learning facilities at home and student learning outcomes.
