Summary:The occurrence of illocutionary speech acts in one of the videos on the MARSHED YouTube channel entitled FAKTAP. The video is a video spoken by an Indonesian artist, Marshanda. The statement in the FAKTAP video attracts the attention of netizens who watch it, because the content of the video contains moral support or motivation and is packaged as attractively as possible. However, because of this, many netizens took issue with the FAKTAP video and alluded to Marshanda who suffers from Bipolar Disorder. This study aims to 1) find out how the illocutionary speech acts in the speech of Marshanda who suffers from Bipolar Disorder in the FAKTAP video; 2) knowing how the situation of using language in the speech of Marshanda who suffers from Bipolar Disorder is in the FAKTAP video; 3) find out how netizens respond to Marshanda's speech who suffers from bipolar disorder in the FAKTAP video. This study uses a qualitative descriptive method by using a study of pragmatic theory. The pragmatic study of speech acts is in the form of illocutionary speech act theory by Searle, while regarding the situation of language use, Herring uses situation factor theory. Finally, regarding the response of netizens, using the Saifullah theory. The data in this study are in the form of speech contained in the FAKTAP video. The results showed that there were illocutionary speech acts, namely assertive, directive, expressive, and declarative speech acts. In the situation of language use, there are factor situations, namely participant characteristic, topic, tone, norms, and code. In wraganet's response, there are support/agree, dispute/disagree, and ambiguous/neutral responses.
