Summary: | The success of students's learning is affected by one of that student's have, which is motivation. Motivation to learn is much affected either by internal or external factor. During pandemic period, parent could suport the proccess of student's learning outcome. This research aims to analyze the relationship between parental attention and student's of eight class motivation on social studies learning. This research use quantitative approach with product moment correlation. The data collection technique on this research is questionaire. Population on this research were all the eight grade students, totalling 340. This research use simple random sampling technique with the amount of sample totalling 184 students. Based on IBM SPSS 26 with using product moment correlation, pearson score is 0,006 with sig. 0,940. Because of the sig 0,940 > 0,05, we can conclude that there is no corelation between parental attention and student's motivation on learning social studies with α= 5%. |
