Summary

The purpose of this research is to analyze out how much influence the facilities have on visitor satisfaction at Karang Setra Waterland Bandung. This study analyzesthe direct and indirect effects of facility quality on visitor satisfaction using correlation. The method used in this research is descriptive quantitative method with a total of 135 respondents distributed in the form of a questionnaire using Google Form. The sampling technique used is convenience sampling with a population of visitors to Karang Setra Waterland Bandung. This study used a pilot test with as many as 30 respondents. Furthermore, data analysis and hypothesis testing were carried out using multiple linear regression. The results of this study indicate that there is an influence between the quality of facilities and visitor satisfaction at Karang Setra Waterland Bandung, with a large percentage of 61,7% (influential/strong). Where the quality of the facilities provided at Karang Setra Waterland Bandung is quite good in meeting the needs of visitors.
