Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui faktor-faktor yang memppengaruhi tingkat penerimaan dana donasi online di situs kitabisa.com dengan menggunakan agency theory dan unified theory of acceptance and use of technology (UTAUT). Selanjutnya, untuk mengetahui faktor-faktor apa saja yang paling dominan dalam mempengaruhi tingkat penerimaan dana donasi online di situs kitabisa.com. Populasi dari penelitian ini adalah seluruh pengguna kitabisa.com yang pernah berdonasi. Metode pengambilan sampel menggunakan purposive sampling dan didapatkan 100 responden sebagai sampel penelitian. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode penelitian deskriptif dengan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan data yang dianalisis menggunakan analisis faktor konfirmatori (CFA). Program yang digunakan dalam perhitungan dan pengolahan data adalah SPSS Statistic 25. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan faktor-faktor yang memepengaruhi tingkat penerimaan dana donasi onlne di situs kitabisa.com terbagi menajdi 6 faktor, yaitu transparansi, akuntabilitas, ekpektasi kinerja, ekpektasi usaha, pengaruh sosial, dan kondisi yang memfasilitasi. Faktor yang dominan dalam mempengaruhi tingkat penerimaan dana donasi onlinedi situs kitabisa.com adalah faktor transparansi dengan nilai eigen value 13,729 dan presentase variance sebesar 39,227%. This study aims to determine the factors that influence the level of acceptance of online on the kitabisa.com site using agency theory and unified theory of acceptance and use of technology (UTAUT). Furthermore, to find out what factors are the most dominant in influencing the level of acceptance of online on kitabisa.com. The population of this research is all kitabisa.com users who have donated. The sampling method used purposive sampling and obtained 100 respondents as research samples. The research method used is descriptive research method with quantitative approach with data analyzed using confirmatory factor analysis (CFA). The program used in calculating and processing data is SPSS Statistic 25. The results of this study indicate the factors that influence the level of acceptance of online donation funds Kitabisa.com site are divided into 6 factors, namely transparency, accountability, performance expectancy, effort expectancy, social influence. , and facilitating conditions. The dominant factor in influencing the level of acceptance of online donation funds on kitabisa.com is the transparency factor with an eigen value of 13.729 and a percentage variance of 39.227%.
