Fanatisme K-Pop yang berlebihan merupakan salah satu faktor munculnya berbagai macam kritik dan kecaman dari anti-fan K-Pop yang dimanfaatkan sebagai sarana untuk meluapkan emosi, menyebar berita hoax, menghina, dan menjatuhkan orang lain. Twitter menjadi salah satu media sosial yang menyalurkan kritik dan kecaman anti-fan K-Pop terhadap K-Poppers. Oleh sebab itu, penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi dan mendeskripsikan jenis-jenis tindak tutur dan makna tindak tutur kebencian yang direalisasikan dalam cuitan anti-fan K-Pop di Twitter. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah deskriptif kualitatif dengan perspektif analisis tindak tutur. Data temuan meliputi 60 cuitan anti-fan K-Pop yang menanggapi unggahan akun @tubirfess tentang K-Pop dalam rentang waktu 2019-2021. Hasil temuan data teridentifikasi sebagai jenis tindak tutur deskriptif sebanyak 32 tuturan, tindak tutur informatif sebanyak 21 tuturan, dan tindak tutur asertif sebanyak tiga tuturan. Sementara itu, hasil temuan data yang teridentifikasi sebagai tindak tutur permintaan sebanyak satu tuturan dan tindak tutur nasihat sebanyak 3 tuturan. Penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa sebagian besar cuitan anti-fan K-Pop merealisasikan tindakan menilai, menggambarkan, menyebut, dan mengungkapkan karakter dan sifat K-Poppers secara sewenang-wenang tanpa memperhatikan kebenaran informasi. Melalui realisasi tindak tutur kebencian tersebut melahirkan makna implisit yaitu penghakiman terhadap K-Poppers dengan menyebarkan hoaks, sehingga memunculkan provokasi di antara anti-fan K-Pop dan K-Poppers. Excessive K-Pop fanaticism is one of the factors in the emergence of various kinds of criticism anti-K-Pop fans which are used as a means to express emotions, spread hoax news, insult, and bring down others. Twitter is one of the social media that accommodates anti-K-Pop criticism activities. Therefore, this study aims to identify and describe the types and the meaning of hate speech acts that are showed in K-Pop anti-fan tweets on Twitter. The research method used in this study is descriptive qualitative with the perspective of speech act analysis. The data found include 60 tweets of anti-K-Pop fans responding to the upload of the @tubirfess about K-Pop in range 2019-2021. The findings of the data were identified as 32 utterances of descriptive speech acts, 21 utterances of informative speech acts, and three utterances of assertive speech acts. Meanwhile, the findings of the data identified as request speech acts were one utterance and advice speech acts were 3 utterances. This study shows that most of the anti-fan K-Pop tweets embodies the act of judging, the act of describing, the act of mentioning name, and the act of revealing towards the characters and traits of K-Poppers arbitrarily and it was not based on the reliable information. Through the realization of these speech acts, it gives implicit meaning, that is the judgment of K-Poppers by spreading hoaxes, thus bring out provocations between anti-K-Pop fans and K-Poppers.
