Summary:The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of loyalty and work involvement on teacher performance. The research method used is descriptive and verification methods. The research was conducted by survey of 59 teachers at SMK PGRI 2 Cimahi. The data collection technique used questionnaire scale rating scale a 5. The data analysis technique used multiple regression. The results showed that: (1) job loyalty was in the high category, (2) job involvement was in the high category, (3) teacher performance was in the high category, (4) loyalty had a significant influence on teacher performance, (5) engagement work has a significant effect on teacher performance, (6) loyalty and work involvement have a significant effect on teacher performance. Thus, in an effort to improve teacher performance in schools, the role of loyalty and work involvement must be increased
