Fokus permasalahan yang diteliti adalah mengenai belum optimalnya motivasi belajar siswa. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh iklim kelas terhadap motivasi belajar siswa. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode survey eksplanasi dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan cara menyebarkan kuesioner kepada 86 orang siswa kelas X Jurusan Otomatisasi Tata Kelola Perkantoran di SMKN 3 Cimahi. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi sederhana. Berdasarkan hasil pengolahan dan analisis data, dapat disimpulkan bahwa secara signifikan iklim kelas berpengaruh positif terhadap motivasi belajar, yang artinya untuk meningkatkan motivasi belajar dapat diawali dengan menciptakan iklim kelas yang kondusif. The focus of the problem studied is about the lack of optimal student learning motivation. The purpose of this study is to determine the influence of the classroom climate on students' learning motivation. This research uses the explanatory survey method with a quantitative approach. Data collection was carried out by distributing questionnaires to 86 class X students Majoring in Otomatisasi Tata Kelola Perkantoran at SMKN 3 Cimahi. The data analysis technique used is simple regression analysis. Based on the results of data processing and analysis, it can be concluded that significantly the classroom climate has a positive effect on learning motivation, which means that to increase learning motivation can be started by creating a conducive classroom climate.
