Kesiapan karier sangat penting dimiliki siswa, utamanya bagi siswa Sekolah Menengah Kejuruan sebelum bekerja atau studi lanjut. Fakta di lapangan menyatakan bahwa angka pengangguran lulusan SMK masih sangat banyak dibandingkan lulusan dari satuan pendidikan lainnya, sehingga diperlukan program bimbingan karier yang dapat mengatasi permasalahan tersebut. Oleh karena itu, tujuan pada penelitian ini adalah untuk menghasilkan program bimbingan karier era disrupsi untuk mengembangkan kesiapan karier siswa sekolah menengah kejuruan. Penelitian ini menggunakan paradigma penelitian positivisme dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Metode penelitian adalah eksperimen kuasi dengan metode non-equivalent pretest posttest kontrol group. Partisipan dalam penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas XII SMK Negeri Tutur, Pasuruan Tahun Ajaran 2022/2023. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan random assignment sampling. Instrumen yang digunakan adalah instrument kesiapan karier dengan teknik analisis data uji statistik parametrik uji anacova dan manacova. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa program bimbingan karier era disrupsi efektif untuk mengembanggkan kesiapan karier siswa dengan perolehan nilai signifikansi sebesar 0.000000105. Hasil tersebut menunjukkan bahwa program bimbingan karier era disrupsi efektif untuk mengembangkan kesiapan karier siswa pada kelas ekperimen namun terdapat tiga indikator yang kurang efektif yakni indikator keputusan kerja/ studi lanjut, kedisiplinan dan komunikasi efektif. Temuan pada penelitian ini dapat dijadikan alternatif layanan bimbingan karier untuk mengembangkan kesiapan karier siswa. The Disruption Era Career Guidance Program is based on The Chaos Theory of Career to Develop Student Career Readiness. Supervised by Dr. Mamat Supriatna, M.Pd. and Dr. Eka Sakti Yudha, M.Pd. Career readiness is very important for students, especially for Vocational High School students before working or studying in college. Facts on the ground state that the unemployment rate for SMK graduates is still very large compared to graduates from other educational units, so a career guidance program is needed that can resolve this problem. Therefore, this research aims to produce a career guidance program in the era of disruption to develop the career readiness of vocational high school students. This study used a positivism research paradigm with a quantitative approach. The research method was a quasi-experimental method with a non-equivalent pretest-posttest control group. The participants in this study were class XII students at Tutur State Vocational School, Pasuruan for the 2022/2023 academic year. The sampling technique uses random assignment sampling. The instrument used is a career readiness instrument with data analysis techniques, parametric statistical tests, and Anacova and Manacova tests. Based on the results of the study, it was shown that the career guidance program in the era of disruption was effective in developing students' career readiness with a significance value of 0.000000105. These results indicate that the career guidance program in the era of disruption was effective for developing students' career readiness in the experimental class but there were three indicators that were less effective, namely indicators of work decisions/advanced studies, discipline, and effective communication. The findings in this study can be used as an alternative career guidance service to develop students' career readiness.
