Summary

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh kinerja keuangan dan intangible asset terhadap Nilai Perusahaan. Penelitian ini dilakukan pada perusahaan sektor consumer goods industry yang terdaftar di bei tahun 2017-2021. Metode penelitian yang digunakan diantaranya metode deskriptif dan verifikatif dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Teknik pengambilan sampel dilakukan dengan metode purposive sampling. Sampel penelitian sebanyak 14 perusahaan dengan sampel pengamatan sebanyak 70 pengamatan. Teknik analisis yang digunakan adalan analisis regresi linear berganda dan uji hipotesis. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian menjelaskan bahwa Kinerja Keuangan berpengaruh terhadap Nilai Perusahaan. Kemudian, Intangible Asset tidak berpengaruh terhadap Nilai Perusahaan. Uji hipotesis secara simultan menjelaskan bahwa Kinerja Keuangan dan Intangible Asset berpengaruh terhadap Nilai Perusahaan. This study aims to determine the effect of financial performance and intangible assets on firm value. This research was conducted on consumer goods industrial sector companies recorded in 2017-2021. The research methods used include descriptive and verification methods with a quantitative approach. The sampling technique was carried out by purposive sampling method. The research sample was 14 companies with a sample of 70 observations. The analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis and hypothesis testing. Results Based on the research explains that financial performance has a effect on firm value. Then, Intangible Assets have no effect on Firm Value. Simultaneous hypothesis testing explains that Financial Performance and Intangible Assets have effect on Firm Value.
