Özet: | Latar belakang dari penelitian ini adalah kurangnya kemampuan menulis teks berita siswa kelas XI-AKL 3 SMK Mahardika Batujajar Taun Ajar 2021/2022. Penelitian ini mempunyai tujuan untuk mendeskripsikan: (1) kemampuan menulis teks berita siswa sebelum menggunakan media poster, (2) kemampuan menulis teks berita siswa sesudah menggunakan media poster, (3) perbedaan kemampuan menulis teks berita siswa sebelum dan sesudah menggunakan media poster. Metode yang dipakai dalam penelitian ini adalah studi kuasi eksperimen dengan menggunakan desain pretest dan posttest. Teknik yang digunakan merupakan Teknik tes yang diberikan kepada siswa kelas XI-AKL 3 SMK Mahardika Batujajar Taun Ajar 2021/2022. Hasil dari penelitian menulis teks berita yaitu: (1) kemampuan menulis berita siswa sebelum menggunakan media pembelajaran yaitu media poster masih belum mampu, (2) kemampuan menulis berita siswa sesudah menggunakan media pembelajaran yaitu media poster sudah mampu, (3) ada perbedaan signifikan antara kemampuan menulis teks berita siswa sebelum dan sesudah menggunakan media pembelajaran yaitu media poster. Hasil uji hipotesis H1 diterima H0 ditolak. Artinya ada perbedaan signifikan antara hasil pre-test dan post-test. Berdasarkan hal itu, bisa disimpulkan bahwa media poster bisa meningkatkan kemampuan menulis teks berita siswa kelas XI-AKL 3 SMK Mahardika Batujajar tahun ajar 2021/2022. The background of this research is the lack of ability to write news texts for students of class XI-AKL 3 SMK Mahardika Batujajar in the 2021/2022 academic year. This study aims to describe: (1) student's ability to write news texts before using poster media, (2) student's ability to write nes texts after using poster media, (3) differences in student's ability to write news texts before and after using poster media. The method used in this research is a quasi-experimental study using pretest and posttest designs. The technique used is a test technique given to students of class XI-AKL 3 SMK Mahardika Batujajar in the 2021/2022 academic year. The results of the research on writing news texts are: (1) the students' ability to write news before using learning media, namely poster media, is still not capable, (2) the students' ability to write news after using the learning media, namely the poster media was able, (3) there is a significant difference between the students' ability to write news texts before and after using learning media, namely poster media. The results of hypothesis testing H1 is accepted and H0 is rejected. This means that there is a significant difference between the results of the pre-test and post-test. Based on this, it can be concluded that poster media in improving the ability to write news texts for class XI-AKL 3 SMK Mahardika Batujajar in the 2021/2022 academic year. |
