Penelitian ini dilakukan bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh career growth terhadap work engagement karyawan generasi milenial di Kota Bandung. Responden (N = 400) adalah karyawan generasi milenial di Kota Bandung yang mengisi kuesioner yang telah diadaptasikan oleh peneliti berdasarkan teori Weng (2018) untuk variabel career growth dengan reliabilitas 0,914. Sedangkan untuk bagian work engagement peneliti mengadaptasikan instrumen berdasarkan teori Schaufeli & Bakker (2003) untuk variabel The Utrecht Work Engagement Scale (UWES) dengan reliabilitas 0,912. Teknik sampel yang digunakan adalah teknik accidental sampling. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh positif antara career growth terhadap work engagement karyawan milenial di Kota Bandung. (2022). This study aims to determine the effect of career growth on work engagement of millennial generation employees in the city of Bandung. Respondents (N = 400) were millennial generation employees in Bandung City who filled out a questionnaire that had been adapted by researchers based on Weng's (2018) theory for career growth variables with a reliability of 0.914. As for the work engagement section, the researcher adapted the instrument based on the theory of Schaufeli & Bakker (2003) for the variable The Utrecht Work Engagement Scale (UWES) with a reliability of 0.912. The sampling technique used is the accidental sampling technique. The results showed that there was a positive influence between career growth on work engagement of millennial employees in the city of Bandung.
