Permasalahan yang penulis ajukan pada penelitian ini mengenai regulasi emosi dan perilaku agresif pada pemain sepakbola. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui hubungan regulasi emosi dengan performa bermain, hubungan perilaku agresif dengan performa bermain, dan hubungan antara regulasi emosi dan perilaku agresif dengan performa bermain pemain sepakbola secara bersama-sama. Alasan dilaksanakanya penelitian ini ingin mengetahui regulasi emosi yang dimiliki pemain sepakbola remaja dan perilaku agresif yang dapat membuat remaja melakukan tindakan destruktif sehingga berpengaruh dengan performa bermain. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah deskriptif. Populasi penelitian ini adalah 24 pemain Jatira Bandung Soccer berusia 15 tahun yang bertanding dikompetisi askot kota bandung tahun 2022. dengan menggunakan teknik total sampling, Instrumen penelitian yang digunakan adalah angket kuisioner regulasi emosi dan perilaku agresif. Berdasarkan hasil pengelolaan dan analisis data terdapat hubungan yang signifikan antara regulasi emosi dan perilaku agresif dengan performa bermain sepakbola, dengan nilai signifikansi sebesar 0,022 < 0,05 yang berarti bahwa variabel regulasi emosi dan perilaku agresif dengan performa bermain pemain sepakbola berhubungan signinifikan, dengan nilai koefisien korelasi sebesar 0,553 artinya tingkat hubungan antar variabel pada tingkat yang sedang, dan diperoleh nilai koefisien determinasi (R square) sebesar 0,306 yang berarti bahwa pengaruh variabel regulasi emosi dan perilaku agresif dengan performa bermain adalah sebesar 31%. The problems that the authors propose in this study are about emotional regulation and aggressive behavior in football players. The purpose of this study is to determine the relationship between emotional regulation and playing performance, the relationship between aggressive behavior and playing performance, and the relationship between emotional regulation and aggressive behavior with playing performance of football players together. The reason for conducting this research is to find out the emotional regulation possessed by teenage football players and aggressive behavior that can make teenagers take destructive actions so that it affects playing performance. The method used in this research is descriptive. The population of this study were 24 Jatira Bandung Soccer players aged 15 years who competed in the Bandung city askot competition in 2022. by using the total sampling technique, the research instrument used was a questionnaire of emotional regulation and aggressive behavior. Based on the results of data management and analysis, there is a significant relationship between emotional regulation and aggressive behavior with the performance of playing football, with a significance value of 0.022 <0.05, which means that the variables of emotional regulation and aggressive behavior with the performance of playing football players are significantly related, with a correlation coefficient value of 0.553, which means that the level of relationship between variables is at a moderate level, and the coefficient of determination (R square) of 0.306 is obtained, which means that the influence of emotional regulation variables and aggressive behavior with playing performance is 31%.
