Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui pengaruh self esteem terhadap subjective well being pada Ibu yang Bekerja di Kota Tasikmalaya. Sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah 391 orang ibu yang bekerja di Kota Tasikmalaya. Yang diambil dengan menggunakan teknik pengambilan sampel accidental sampling. Data tentang self esteem dikumpulkan dengan instrumen Rosernberg Self Esteem Scale (RSES) yang memiliki reliabilitas sebesar 0,845, yang telah diadaptasi oleh Mahardika (2021). Data tentang subjective well being dikumpulkan dengan instrumen Satisfaction with Life Scale (SWLS) dengan reliabilitas sebesar 0,752 dan Scale of positive and negative experience (SPANE) dengan reliabilitas sebesar 0,751 yang telah diadaptasi oleh Mustika (2022). Analisis data menggunakan regresi sederhana. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh self esteem terhadap subjective well being pada Ibu yang Bekerja di Kota Tasikmalaya. The sample in this research 391 people are working mom in Tasikmalaya City. The sampling technique used accidental sampling. For self esteem data used the instrument Rosernberg Self-Esteem Scale (RSES) with reliability of 0,845 has been adapted by (Mahardika 2021).
