This has resulted in a decline in the quality of Indonesian youth who will become the successors to the development of a good and prosperous Indonesian civilization in the future. Every student should have a solution to overcome the academic problems they have. Therefore, this study aims to determine the relationship between self-regulated learning and academic procrastination in class XI students of SMA Negeri 1 Cikembar Kab. Sukabumi. This study uses a quantitative approach with a correlational design. The population in this study was 430 students with a sample of the entire population. Research data regarding self-regulated learning and academic procrastination were obtained by distributing questionnaires directly using the Google form media. The data were analyzed using a correlation test with the Spearman's Rank Order correlation analysis technique. The results of the study show that in general, the description of self-regulated learning is in the medium category. While the general description of academic procrastination is in the moderate category. Based on the results of the correlation test, it shows that there is a negative relationship between self-regulated learning and academic procrastination, which means that the higher the self-regulated learning, the lower the level of academic procrastination. Then it can be stated that H0 is rejected and H1 fails to be rejected. Thus, it can be concluded that there is a negative relationship between self-regulated learning and academic procrastination in class XI students at SMA Negeri 1 Cikembar Kab. Sukabumi. | ||
