Summary:Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui pengaruh pembelajaran jarak jauh dan tatap muka terhadap hasil belajar IPS siswa dan perbedaan hasil belajar IPS siswa pada masa pembelajaran jarak jauh dan tatap muka. Jenis penelitian ini adalah ex post facto kausal komparatif, karena pada penelitian ini data yang dikumpulkan berasal dari data yang sudah ada yaitu nilai raport semester ganjil dan genap tahun ajaran 2021/2022. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode komparatif. Sampel dalam penelitian ini yaitu siswa SMP kelas 8 dan kelas 9 di Kota Bandung yang berjumlah 400 siswa. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan yaitu kuisioner dan dokumentasi. Pengujian hipotesis dalam penelitian ini menggunakan uji t parsial dan independent sample t-test. Hasil penelitian ini yaitu hasil uji t menunjukkan nilai sig. 0.002 < 0.05 dan t¬hitung ¬3.078 > ttabel 1.971 maka H0 ditolak dan H1 diterima yang artinya terdapat pengaruh PJJ terhadap hasil belajar IPS. Selanjutnya didapatkan hasil nilai sig. 0.000 < 0.05 dan t¬hitung -4.183 > ttabel 1.971 maka H0 ditolak dan H1 diterima yang artinya terdapat pengaruh PTM terhadap hasil belajar IPS. Pada independent sample t-test didapatkan nilai sig. 0.000 < 0.05 maka H0 ditolak dan H1 diterima yang artinya terdapat perbedaan hasil belajar IPS siswa SMP pada mata pelajaran IPS pada PJJ dan PTM di Kota Bandung. Nilai rata-rata hasil belajar IPS siswa pada masa PJJ sebesar 85.41 sedangkan pada masa PTM sebesar 87.13. Disimpulkan bahwa penelitian ini menunjukkan adanya pengaruh PJJ dan PTM terhadap hasil belajar IPS siswa serta terdapat perbedaan hasil belajar IPS siswa pada masa PJJ dan PTM di SMP Kota Bandung. This research was aim to know the effect of distance learning and face-to-face learning to learning outcomes of social science subject. This research also aim to knowthe difference between learning outcomes of distance learning and face to face learning. The type of this reseach is ex post facto, with comparative causal method, because all data collected in this research was from existing data, such as the student report score of social science subject at even and odd semester in 2021/2022 academic year. The method used in this research was comparative. Then, the sample in this research were 400 students of grade 8 and grade 9 at Junior High School in Bandung with questionnaire and documentation as data collect technique. As for the hypothesis testing in this study using partial t-test and independent sample of t-test. The results of this study show that the value of sig. 0.002 < 0.05 and tcount 3.078 > ttable 1.971. Then, H0 is rejected and H1 is accepted, which means that there is an effect of distance learning on social science learning outcomes. Another result show that the value of sig. 0.000 < 0.05 and tcount 4.183 > ttable 1.971. Then, H0 is rejected and H1 is accepted, which means that there is an effect of face-to-face learning on social scinece learning outcomes. In the other side, the independent sample t-test show that the value of sig. 0.000 < 0.05, then H0 is rejected and H1 is accepted. It means means that there are differences in social studies learning outcomes between distance learning and face-to-face learning method, for junior high school students in Bandung, especially in social science subject. The average student score of social science subject during the distance learning period was 85.41 while in the face-to-face learning period was 87.13. From this research, it can be concluded that there are influence of PJJ and PTM on students' social studies learning outcomes. And then, there are also differences in student social studies learning outcomes during the distance learning and face-to-face learning periods at Junior High Schools students in Bandung.
