Bisnis properti di Indonesia merupakan bidang kerja yang sangat menjanjikan. Pasalnya, kebutuhan akan tempat hunian akan terus ada dan semakin meningkat. Hal tersebut dapat menjadi peluang usaha yang menjanjikan untuk orang-orang yang bergelut pada bidang pengembang perumahan atau developer, terutama bagi pelajar lulusan kompetensi keahlian tersebut yang sudah siap bekerja. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui seberapa besar tingkat kesiapan kerja dan berwirausaha siswa kompetensi keahlian Bisnis Konstruksi dan Properti SMKN 1 Jakarta pada bidang pengembang perumahan. Metode yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah analisis deskriptif dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Populasi pada penelitian ini sebanyak 64 orang siswa/i kelas XII kompetensi keahlian Bisnis Konstruksi dan Properti, dengan sampel sebanyak 40 orang. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan berupa kuesioner atau angket dengan menggunakan skala likert. Hasil dari penelitian ini diketahui bahwa, (1) Tingkat kesiapan kerja siswa menunjukkan tingkat capaian responden pada kategori tinggi, (2) Tingkat kesiapan berwirausaha siswa menunjukkan tingkat capaian responden pada kategori tinggi. The property business in Indonesia is a very promising field of work. The reason is, the need for housing will continue to exist and increase. This can be a promising business opportunity for people who work in the field of hpusing developers, especially for graduate students who are ready to work. This study aims to find out how much the level of work readiness and entrepreneurship of students in the Construction and Property Business competency skills at Vocational High School 1 of Jakarta in the fild of housing developers. The method used in this research is descriptive analysis with a quantitative approach. The population in this study were 64 students of class XII competency skills in the Construction and Property Business, with a sample of 40 students. The data collection technique used was a questionnaire using a Likert scale. The results of this study note that, (1) The level of student work readiness indicates the level of achievement of respondents in the high category, (2) The level of readiness for shows the level of achievement of respondents in the high category.
