Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh dari pengungkapan laporan keberlanjutan terhadap nilai perusahaan dengan diversitas dewan direksi sebagai variabel moderasi. Populasi penelitian ini menggunakan perusahaan sektor manufaktur yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia tahun 2020-2021. Sampel penelitian ditentukan dengan metode purposive sampling dengan jumlah 35 perusahaan. Penelitian ini menggunakan data sekunder yang diperoleh dari laporan keberlanjutan dan laporan tahunan dari situs resmi Bursa Efek Indonesia dan website perusahaan yang menjadi sampel penelitian. Metode analisis yang digunakan adalah Partial Least Square (PLS) dengan bantuan software SmartPLS 3. Hasil pengujian hipotesis menunjukkan bahwa (1) Pengungkapan laporan keberlanjutan berpengaruh positif terhadap nilai perusahaan; (2) Diversitas gender dewan direksi memoderasi positif pengaruh pengungkapan laporan keberlanjutan terhadap nilai perusahaan; (3) Diversitas kebangsaan dewan direksi memoderasi positif pengaruh pengungkapan laporan keberlanjutan terhadap nilai perusahaan; (4) Diversitas masa jabatan dewan direksi tidak memoderasi pengaruh pengungkapan laporan keberlanjutan terhadap nilai perusahaan. This study aims to determine the effect of sustainability reports disclosure on firm value with diversity of the board of directors as a moderating variable. The study population used manufacturing sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2020-2021. The research sample is determined by the method purposive sampling with a total of 35 companies. This study uses secondary data obtained from a sustainability reports and annual reports on the Indonesia Stock Exchange's official website and its website as the reaserch sample. The analytical method used isPartial Least Square (PLS) with the help of SmartPLS 3 software. The results of hypothesis testing show that (1) Sustainability reports disclosure has a positive effect on firm value; (2) The gender diversity of the board of directors moderates the positive effect of sustainability report disclosure on firm value; (3) The national diversity of the board of directors positively moderates the effect of sustainability report disclosure on firm value; (4) The diversity of tenure of the board of directors does not moderate the effect of sustainability report disclosure on firm value.
