520 | |a Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan asesmen keterampilan inquiry lesson pada permasalahan Biologi abad 21. Perangkat asesmen dikembangkan dalam bentuk tes berupa soal pilihan ganda dan perangkat asesmen tes kinerja dikembangkan dalam bentuk task dan rubrik. Metode yang digunakan adalah mix method dengan desain exploratory sequential design. Subjek penelitian adalah 264 siswa dari tujuh sekolah. Sekolah sampel merupakan SMA Negeri di Provinsi Banten yang dipilih dengan teknik purposive sampling. Penelitian ini berhasil mengembangkan perangkat asesmen berupa test blueprint dan instrumen soal pilihan ganda dengan total 30 soal. Hasil validitas isi tes blueprint dan instrumen soal bahwa tes blueprint dan instrumen soal sudah layak digunakan dengan perbaikan. Berdasarkan hasil analisis soal menggunakan Rasch Model dengan Quest menunjukkan persentase soal yang diterima (86,7%), direvisi (10%) dan ditolak (3,3%). Kecocokan butir soal (item fit) pada instrumen tes tertulis terdapat pada 29 butir soal. Persentase tingkat kesukaran soal menunjukkan mudah (13%), sedang (70%), sukar (10%) dan sangat sukar (7%). Persentase daya pembeda soal menunjukkan bahwa soal dengan kategori baik (76,7%), cukup (10%), dan kurang (13,3%). Analisis validitas asesmen kinerja dinilai menggunakan formula validitas Aiken's V. Berdasarkan hasil validitas Aiken, perangkat asesmen kinerja dari tiap aspek sub-indikator inquiry lesson mendapatkan skor 0,66. Angka tersebut menunjukkan bahwa perangkat penilaian asesmen kinerja dinyatakan valid. Reliabilitas perangkat asesmen kinerja memiliki nilai average measures sebesar 0.89. Artinya asesmen kinerja yang dinilai oleh ketiga validator memiliki nilai ICC (Intraclass Correlation Coeficient) sedang atau moderate reliability. Berdasarka data proportion correct diketahui bahwa kemampuan siswa paling tinggi adalah sub indikator mengumpulkan dan merekam data (70.30%) dan paling rendah pada sub indikator menggunakan kemampuan teknologi dan dan matematis dalam investigasi (43.70%). Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, maka test blueprint dan perangkat instrumen yang dihasilkan siap diimplementasikan atau dijadikan model asesmen dalam mengukur keterampilan inquiry lesson pada permasalahan biologi abad 21. The assessment tools were developed in the form of test with multiple choice and performance test with task and rubric. The mixed method was used with an exploratory sequential design. The research subject were 264 students from seven schools. The sample school was a state high school in Banten Profince.However, it was selected by the purposive sampling technique. This study succeeded in developing an assessment tool in the form of a blueprint test, multiple choice instrument, as well as task and rubrics for performance assessment. The result of content validity, test blueprint and instrument questions were suitable to use with improvement.Based on item analysis result used the Rasch Model with Quest, it showed the percentage of question received (86,7%), revised (10%) and rejected (3,3%). Thus, the item fit on 29 question. The percentage of question dfficulities showed in the category easy (13%), moderate (70%), difficult (10%) and very difficult (7%). The question differentiating power percentage in the good category (76,7%), enough (10%) and less (13,3%). The performance assessment tool validity was seen using Aiken's V with 0,66 score. Based on the criteria the performance assessment tool was declared valid. The realibility of performance assessment tool had an average value of 0,89.it means that the performance assessment measured by three validators had a moderate ICC (interclass Correlation Coefficient) value or a moderate realibility. Based on the correct proportion of data, it was known that the student's skill were the highest on the indicator collecting and recording data (70,30%) and the lowest on the indicator using technology and math (43,70%). Based on the research result, the resulting test blueprints and instruments were ready to be used directly or as an assessment prototype for further development.
