Kepercayaan diri merupakan rasa percaya terhadap kemampuan atau kesanggupan diri untuk mencapai prestasi tertentu. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui tingkat kepercayaan diri pemain Elite Pro Academy Persib U-14, U-16, Dan U-18. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode penelitian deskriptif kuantitatif, dengan analisis data menggunakan presentase. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan teknik total sampling yaitu atlet sepak bola elite pro academy persib sebanyak 69 orang, dengan 23 orang per-kelompok usianya. Instrumen penelitian yang digunakan adalah kuesioner kepercayaan diri mengadaptasi dari Vealey 1986, dengan bentuk kuesioner tertutup (close quesionare). Standar penilaian menggunakan skala likert berkisar antara satu sampai lima, diklasifikasikan dari yang tertinggi sampai terendah yaitu, Sangat Setuju (SS), Setuju (S), Ragu-Ragu (RR), Tidak Setuju (TS), Sangat Tidak Setuju (STS). Dari hasil olah data mendapat hasil bahwa tingkat kepercayaan diri pemain sepakbola Elite Pro Academy Persib U-14 memiliki nilai 81% masuk kategori sangat tinggi, untuk Persib U-16 diperoleh hasil 93% masuk kategori sangat tinggi, dan untuk Persib U-18 diperoleh hasil 82% masuk kategori sangat tinggi. Dari ketiga kelompok usia tersebut, U-16 memiliki hasil tertinggi, hal tersebut berbanding lurus dengan prestasi yang didapat Persib U-16, yaitu juara 1 di kompetisi Elite Pro Academy. Confidence is a feeling of confidence in one's ability or ability to achieve certain achievements. The purpose of this study was to determine the level of confidence of Elite Pro Academy Persib players U-14, U-16 and U-18. The research method used is a quantitative descriptive research method, with data analysis using percentages. The sampling technique used a total sampling technique, namely elite pro academy football athletes Persib as many as 69 people, with 23 people per age group. The research instrument used was a self-confidence questionnaire adapted from Vealey 1986, with a closed questionnaire form. The assessment standard uses a Likert scale ranging from one to five, classified from highest to lowest, namely, Strongly Agree (SS), Agree (S), Doubtful (RR), Disagree (TS), Strongly Disagree (STS). From the results of data processing, it was found that the confidence level of Elite Pro Academy football players Persib U-14 had a score of 81% which was in the very high category, for Persib U-16 the result was 93% which was in the very high category, and for Persib U-18 the results were obtained 82% in the very high category. Of the three age groups, U-16 has the highest result, this is directly proportional to the achievements obtained by Persib U-16, namely 1st place in the Elite Pro Academy competition.
