Summary

Penelitian ini dilatar belakangi oleh hasil belajar siswa kelas XI IPS SMA Negeri di Kabupaten Bekasi Bagian Tengah yang masih belum mencapai Kriteria Ketuntasan Minimum. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk memperoleh informasi mengenai pengaruh dari variabel motivasi berprestasi dan manajemen waktu terhadap hasil belajar. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif dengan metode survei eksplanatori. Jumlah populasi sebanyak 1.697 siswa dengan sampel sebanyak 324 siswa yang diperoleh melalui teknik random sampling. Pengumpulan data menggunakan instrumen berupa kuisoner. Teknik analisa menggunakan regresi linier berganda. Hasil penelitian ini adalah: (1) motivasi berprestasi berada pada kategori tinggi, manajemen waktu berada pada kategori sedang, dan hasil belajar berada pada kategori sedang, (2) motivasi berprestasi berpengaruh positif terhadap hasil belajar siswa, (3) manajemen waktu berpengaruh positif terhadap hasil belajar siswa. This research is based by learning outcomes of class XI social sciences senior high school students central of kabupaten bekasi who are still less then Minimum Competence Criteria. The purpose of this study was to obtain information about the influence of achievement motivation and time manajemen on students learning outcomes. The research is a quantitative research with the method explanatory survey. Total population of 1,697 students with a sample of 324 students obtained through random sampling technique. Data collection uses an instrument in the form of a questionnaire. The data analysis technique used is linier multiple regression. The result showed that: (1) the level of achievement motivation is in the high category, time manajemen is in medium category, and learning outcomes is in medium category, (2) achievement motivation have a positif effect on learning outcomes, (3) time manajemen have a positif effect on learning outcomes.
