Penelitian ini berjudul "Gaya Bernyanyi Billie Eilish Dalam Lagu "Happier Than Ever"". Keunikan gaya bernyanyi yang dimiliki oleh Billie Eilish itu sendiri di dalam lagu "Happier Than Ever" mendasari tujuan dari penelitian ini. Billie Eilish merupakan seorang penyanyi yang berasal dari Los Angeles, Amerika Serikat. Penyanyi dari lagu "Happier Than Ever" itu sendiri yaitu Billie Eilish. Maksud dari pelaksanaan penelitian ini yaitu untuk mengidentifikasi teknik vokal apa saja yang digunakan oleh Billie Eilish dalam lagu "Happier Than Ever" dan menganalisis ekspresi dalam teknik vokal sebagai bentuk gaya bernyanyi dalam lagu "Happier Than Ever". Salah satu manfaat dari penelitian ini yaitu untuk meningkatkan kreativitas dalam memproduksi suara (vokal). Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan pendekatan analisis dokumen yang bersifat deskriptif, sehingga hasil dari penelitian ini berupa data-data yang sebelumnya telah direduksi akan diuraikan untuk menjawab semua rumusan yang telah peneliti tentukan sebelumnya. Hasil akhir dari penelitian ini adalah ada tiga teknik vokal yang Billie Eilish gunakan yaitu teknik vocal fry, teknik vocal flexibility dan teknik belting. Kemudian, pembentukan gaya bernyanyi melalui teknik vokal dalam pengekspresian vokal Billie Eilish dalam lagu "Happier Than Ever" ini terletak pada teknik vocal fry yang dilakukan karena teknik vocal fry tersebut dilakukan dari awal lagu sampai akhir lagu. This research is entitled "Billie Eilish's Singing Style in the Song "Happier Than Ever"". The uniqueness of Billie Eilish's singing style in the song "Happier Than Ever" is the purpose of this study. Billie Eilish is a singer from Los Angeles, United States. The singer of the song "Happier Than Ever" itself is Billie Eilish. The purpose of conducting this research is to identify which vocal techniques are used by Billie Eilish in the song "Happier Than Ever" and to analyze the expressions in vocal techniques as a form of singing style in the song "Happier Than Ever". One of the benefits of this research is to increase creativity in producing vocals. This study uses a qualitative method with a content analysis approach that is descriptive in nature, so that the results of this study are in the form of reduced data that will be described to answer all the formulations that the researcher has thought of before. The end result of this research is that there are three vocal techniques that Billie Eilish uses, namely the vocal fry technique, the vocal flexibility technique and the belting technique. Then, the formation of singing style through vocal techniques in the vocal expression of Billie Eilish in the song "Happier Than Ever" lies in the vocal fry technique which is carried out because the vocal fry technique is carried out from the beginning of the song to the song.
